I had ordered the fish and chips and when it arrived it had chunks of the breading all over the plate and it was soggy and poorly cooked underneath. I waited for my waitress to come back over and I had informed her about it and that I didnt want to get another piece. Ten minutes went by and another piece was brought to me even though i did not want it. I went to try the second piece anyways and it ended up tasting spoiled. At that point I just wanted my check so I could leave. Im just disappointed because I go to the Queensbury location all the time and never have a problem. This is not the only time I have had a problem at the Wilton location either. Then to top it off I had to pay for the meal even though I didnt want the second piece and it was undeniable as well.

Horrible interaction with their manager on duty We had been to this specific location at least once a week and had a pleasant experience. Today, however we were not treated with respect or consideration. After his insensitive approach and belittling demeanor, we will no longer visit this location. I am truly disappointed with his actions for a company whose motto is "You only get one chance to please a guest. Give the guest what they want and they will always come back for more." Amazing for a chain restaurant. Great deals like their $3.99 Cuervo margaritas and happy hour specials. Just went today with three people, had 2 beers myself, and the check was only $30. Food came out looking just as it did on the menu and tasted great. Sarah was our server, and not only was she knowledgeable, she was an absolute firecracker. They also recently redid the place--unreal. Like I said, cant believe this is a chain restaurant. Definitely can consider me a regular from now on

99 is easy to get into without a wait, the food is great, they are properly staffed with good people, and its so convenient if you are in the area. They have a lot of good options for people with restrictive diets/allergies and never mess up my food, unlike other restaurants. There are also plenty of vegetarian options like the black bean burger. Their Caesar salad is huge and amazing. The broccoli cheddar soup is insanely good, too.

My son and I enjoy dinner at 99. The food is good and the staff is always pleasant. Last night was unusual in the sense that my hamburger was well done when I had ordered medium rare. This was the first time I had a cocktail. It was a cosmopolitan. There was not very much drink in a wide "V" glass and it was quite mild. The charge was $7.50. Ill never purchase another drink at 99.

A bit of an ugly little diner but they have a pretty great menu. I got a BBQ burger with fries. The burger was thick, juicy, and flavorful. Its good but its no Smashburger. While the fries were seasoned, they were cold and soggy. Overall, 99 makes an above-average burger for a little diner, but there are better choices around.

sat down at the nearly empty bar at the Saratoga loocation , when the absent bartender returned was immediately asked if I would move because she was expecting a couple that preferred the seat I was sitting in. I sure did move, right down the street to a restaurant that starts with an A and ends with a pplebees.

I ordered take out meals for my wife and I tonight. It is a Sunday night and she had just returned from a trip. I guess you need to make sure and tell them no garlic, because we did not eat most of our meals. The garlic was way too strong! If I had ordered in house, I would have sent mine back. Robert

Great food cant go wrong. The waiter seemed to have gotten lost. He took drink orders left, then came back took the food orders. We were still waiting for the drinks. Finally we went up and got drinks from the bar. The drinks we ordered did finally come with our meals

Saratoga 99 is our favorite place to eat! Awesome, friendly atmosphere and ALWAYS great food cooked exactly how we ask for it. Wait staff always friendly and knowledgable and ready to go the extra mile. Love their makeover too! Will be back again and again!
