The good- I ordered the Cobb salad. It was a large salad and also had more toppings than the menu listed. They also have a ton of cakes and pies- made in the restaurant. They looked scrumptious but we didnt partake. The bad- The service was mediocre. The manager took my husbands french onion soup back as he was eatting it. It had only just been served. The woman must have been dissatisfied with the presentation? (The soup didnt have the typical solid cheese covering, like someone had already dug into it.) She came to over table as he was eatting the soup, leaned over and said, "umm, no." Grabbed his soup and went back to the kitchen. My husband said the soup was really greasy, so much so that he was glad they took it back. We thought they were making a new crock of soup. It was a while before the soup was returned, so again we thought- new soup. It finally came out. Looked amazingly delicious but unfortunately was the same greasy liquid they called soup the only difference was they melted at least 5 slices (probably more) of cheese. He ate a portion of the soup and deemed it too cheesy then scooped the rest of the cheese onto a plate. We had a baseball sized gob of cheese. My apologies on missing the photo opp.

We came out to eat because we wanted a good juicy burger. We both ordered medium rare and both burgers came out well done pretty much inedible. We complained to the waitress and she asked the manager to come talk to us twice and he flat out refused to come speak with unhappy customers. The waitress was sent back to tell us we could have free deserts to make up for a meal the we could not eat. I did not come out for desert I came for a juicy burger so we declined the deserts. The the manager that could not be bothered to address his customers said to take %20 off of a meal that is not being eaten. Wow I am still supposed to pay for food we are not eating. This is extremely unacceptable and the fact that the manager could not be bothered with us is also extremely unacceptable. Now at 10 at night we must go find some place else to eat and pay for another meal. This is ridiculous. However the waitress tried to make it right she was very nice and helpful.

Man... Lets just say Ill NEVER ever go to ihop EVER again.... This place was great! Cheaper than ihop and the food was so good and it tastes REAL... Not greasy at all.... And the price for the food is awesome.. Not expensive at all. The best part of it was the peice of cheese cake my wife ordered.. Let just say Factory Cheese Cake (the restaurant) has nothing on Mountain View. It was the best cheese cake Ive ever had and again.. Not expensive at all. Over I am more then satisfied. Ill be coming here more often. Customer service.. Hmmm it was okay.. Out waitress spilled our coffee on our table and didnt bother cleaning it..

Ill be honest the prices dont equate the quality of food. I could go across the street and spend way less. The general manager Suzette comes off very aggressive and not friendly at all. Ive seen her interact with customers and employees and shes very condescending. I dont blame the customer for saying he was calling his lawyer simply because the food wasnt up to par and he wanted his money back. Be careful the business you conduct with customers hanging around in your lobby...there are ears everywhere. Ive also heard through the grapevine about their roach problem, from people who have actually worked there. Disgusting.

We have come here a few times, the food at first was very good but each time we have come its gotten worse. These are supposed to be fried sea scallops that I paid 16.50 for. This is it. I was shocked. For that price this is all I got? They were small, the batter had NO flavor and was way too thin crumbled apart with a touch. And everything else was watered down. The Cole slaw, the ranch dressing for my salad. the onions on the salad. Even the French fries. Everything was tasteless and watery. This is def the last time we will be eating here. Very disappointed.

I cant say anything bad about this place. Went to lunch with my father and brother on a rainy day, place was pretty packed. Server was great, food came out in good time, everything was right, and everything was really tasty. I had country fried steak, it was made there not a pre bought frozen portion. Dad, and the bro had an open face Reuben, they loved it. Good sized portions. Will definitely go back. My first time, but my father and brother has been there quite a few times and said that they have never had a bad meal.

I actually didnt try the food, maybe its the best anywhere, but I doubt it. I walked in during dinner time on a weekday, and it took a while for the waitress to decide to seat me. She did, though -- next to the bathroom, in a largely empty dining room. Then disappeared. The menu has several pages of fried this and that. I didnt see anybody eating anything that wasnt fried. After a few minutes I decided to cut my losses and walked out. Im told that the restaurant is known for its Sunday breakfast.

Came into the restaurant, everyone seemed like nice people. Then we sat down and the waitress started screaming her head off at me and my grandmother. Not only did she start screaming but she also seemed to have a lousy attitude. On top of it she did not seem very pleasant or oh so happy she had to wait on us. She even went around and tried changing my order completely to what I didnt order! From the soup, salad right down to my main course! DO NOT RECOMAND GOING HERE.

Good value for the dollar. Large quantities, but the food is just average. The fried oysters were obviously frozen from a distributor, and more batter than oyster. The cod was excellent. The liver wasnt the tender calves liver as we expected. Soups were excellent. Cole slaw was as good as you can get; probably the highlight of my meal. Service was fine and the server was prompt and courteous. Well go there again, but will try different menu items.

My wife and I come here to eat all the time. The food is great, and at a price we can afford. You get plenty of good food, and we usually have to take some home, theres so much. Recently, we took my brother from Baltimore and his family, and my sister from Florida here. They loved the food to, and couldnt get over the size of the portions. Going there to eat again on Thanksgiving, as were having our family Thanksgiving on Friday.

The food was really hit or miss.. when it was not good, we didnt even eat it, but when it was good it was AMAZING. Staff was all very nice & friendly. Our server was Kandice & she was great -even though she did forget part of our order, her shiny personality more than made up for the minor error. Even though some of the food wasnt so good, because of the charming staff we plan to return & try some of the other items on the menu.
