Salad bar was hot, filled frequently&enjoyable. Way to go back of house! However upon entering the seating area a large party was loudly disgussing issues with their check& server maybe it should have been a clue- not sure who the team leader was Friday night but I have never in years seen the restaurant such a mess. Tables where covered in dirty dishes. Groups of servers looked overwhelmed&covered in sweat. They where all standing in the drink area doing nothing productive. Our server upon taking our order must have decided she didnt feel like working anymore..?(no 2bite check back)..I had already located silverware for our group myself, as she nor the hostess ever brought it. A completely different server wound up refilling our drinks&asking if the food was ok. Pathetic service Friday night&Im really disappointed. With the exception of the one attentive server (Ella or Ema I think it was?) who I happily tipped instead. I would possibly have understood IF the restaurant had been packed but it was not even close to half way full...its still unclear to me what all those servers where doing?

We love the Hot bar. The veggies are delicious. Cant complain about the dessert either. The meat menu is good. I think the liver and onions is alittle thin and dry but everything else Ive tried has been good.
