There is a large patio- which is nice. The food is meh- its Sheetz, but I recommend wearing a biohazard suit if you need to use the restroom. I was a frequent customer, and I noticed a lot of grime in the sinks and urinals, but a few days ago I went into a stall and was greeted by POOP ON THE WALL. Ok Brandon... stay calm. Accidents happen right? THEN WHY WAS THE POOP THERE THE NEXT DAY?! I am writing this on day three of poopocalypse, and earlier I walked right by an employee who was mopping the floor in the mens room to take a photo of the poo wall. And I know what youre thinking: "Brandon, youre being dramatic. Just tell an employee about the fecal decorations." But anyone with eyes can see how grimy the drains are. Its obvious that employees focus their efforts on cleaning floors over surfaces that my hand could touch- probably because its an easier task. My advice: go to the other Sheetz in Powhatan. From what I can see they (pardon the expression) give a poop about sanitation.

The last 3 out of 4 visits they could not seem to get a food order right. A salad missing the grilled chicken (twice) and now I bite into an egg and cheese sandwich only to find it as cold as the refrigerator it was pulled from. The egg and cheese were literally pulled from the cooler and placed onto toasted bread, wrapped up and bagged. The added kicker here is that all three orders were prepared by different employees. Additionally, the automatic dispenser for coffee sweetener has been empty twice and the floor is constantly sticky from lack of cleaning almost every time I have visited. I realize this is a fairly new store but the management has really dropped the ball on properly training its employees and keeping up with house cleaning.

Gas prices are good. And they offer 2 of same item deals on beverages & packaged snacks like cookies, candy & chips. But sandwiches & fastfood counter is overpriced. I once order their 6" Turkey Sub there was no lettuce or tomatoes. They heated the Sub which wasnt what I thought I was ordering when I placed order on their kiosk. But why would they heat anything in a microwave...everyone knows that bread becomes rock hard when it cools off. The sliced cheese was like molten lava that was a complete disaster when it cooled & hardened.

While I wanted to give this place a lower rating, the chicken sandwich I had was descent. Im pretty angry that the Jamaican place across the street closed down. The four other random people peering in the window liked like they felt the same way.

Chicken tenders are barely edible. The only saving grace was the bang bang sauce. Subs are OK but way overpriced. $9 for a footlong?! At least the employees are friendly.

Very very slow. 17 minutes to get 2 hot dogs. The other sheets at the other end of the county is so much quicker.
