Went there last night for dinner. The power was out at my house so I decided to take myself out. Being a Sunday evening it wasnt busy and I was greeted with a smile a led to a seat near the bar area that opens to the inside of the mall. The hostess let me know that it was her favorite seat because one of the mall Christmas trees was in full view from it. The server was prompt and friendly. I initially ordered the pretzel bites appetizer, but sadly they were out. My server profusely apologized. I let her know that it wasnt a big deal and I went with the short stack of onion rings instead. Im not a huge fan of breaded onion rings, but Red Robin does a nice job with theirs. For my meal I went with the Chophouse Burger. It was tasty and cooked as I requested (some pink), but they overloaded it with steak sauce which made it a bit messy to eat. For dessert I had the cookie magic shake. It was good while I was drinking it, but for some reason there seemed to be a chalky aftertaste. I may skip it next time and try something else. I will definitely be going back.

We live in Greece and would get take out all the time from the Henrietta location, food was always great but the drive out there just to get take out. Then we got a Red Robin in the mall much closer to us, so great! Unfortunately, the two locations are much different, we got the bad end. The wife is gluten free so she gets lettuce wrapped royal burger, the lettuce was horrible, well past its prime. Next take out she gets the same, this time no egg on the royal burger and bbq sauce on it? WTF? So needless to say we will either stop going or very rarely make the trip to Henrietta.

Our familys favorite restaurant. Not only do the adults get bottomless steam fries but the kids get bottomless Mac n cheese! The wait staff has always gone out of their way to make our little girls feel special...Letting them order, talking with them, etc. Thats extremely important to us. And we have never had to sit and wait more than 5 minutes. The whiskey river BBQ burger is too good though. I wont stray and try anything else. I cant get enough of that burger!

Food was good ... but the credit card machine was broken and now my card was over charged and the manager didnt know what he was doing and took more money from me now my credit card machine was charged and i payed 50 dollarss extra going in there today to try and rectify it ??? This is very upsetting i might think twice about going there i dont want the hassel

My experience was horrible our server acted like he didnt want us in his section and the service in the Greece location absolutely leaves something to be desired and the quality of the food is not the same as the Henrietta location. I will never go back again to be treated with such disrespect.

Tried this place and was not impressed. Food was cold and burger was not fully cooked and they did give us new appetizer and they offered to remake burger but did not want to wait another half hour to eat and manager came over and did nothing at all for us..

This place is awesome! We came up from Binghamton to visit our daughter Irondequoit on Friday night. This was our first trip to a Red robin restaurant. The service was awesome and the burgers were top notch. We will definitely be back again!

Parents be forewarned that this is not a kids friendly place if you have infants! Place was empty but couldnt be seated with our infant in his stroller or a sling since they could only seat families in the front section.

Food is mediocre. Dirty floors and seats. Quick to get seated and food took 25 minutes and was not that busy. Server rarely came around. But only good thing is prices are not high about average. Greece location 3/19/17

Food was great!! But that is not the reason for the low ratting... Reconciled my credit card statement, , noticed that thought he needed more.. Dishonest waiters at the restaurant, Shame because I liked the food.

Amazing selection of burgers. All you can eat fries or salad. Not a lot of options for low calorie diet, but hey its a burger joint. The "Fiery Ghost Tavern Burger" has got some bite to it. Enjoy!
