terrible. they charged my card 3 times afer telling them not to because i was paying in cash. So I let them hold my card. After 3 people ran it and I told the 3 not to, they looked like they returned the funds, but when I wokeup to check my acct the next morning It was over drafted with 3 different amounts, none of which matched the $23 and change that was my tab at the end of the night. I called in next day and spoke with JACKSON who in turn asked me for way too much personal information just to return money that was wrongfully charged. Im not a local so of course I cant just come back to give you my card back when its your fault. He told me YESTERDAY (JACKSON) that he returned the final payment of 26.22, yet today, 24 hours later, its still pending as a transaction into their system. So JACKSON, If you reall care about your job and establishment I suggest returning peoples money and ryunning your business right before legal consultation is seeked. Dont ever go here. Bottom of the barrel to the T...noit to mention they messed up my drinks, tried to sell me a bud light saying its a regular budweiser as well as trying to take my drinks every ten mins even if its still HALF FULL. Ive seen 3 year olds run lemonade stands better

New to the area and been in to this place 3 times before with really good experience. Unfortunately went in last night (Fri 8/11) for beers and apps. Everything was good until the check came. Was overcharged for 3 beers (2 were mine/1 was my gfs). When asked Timmy our server about it, her first response was Im not trying to cheat you. I didnt say she was but Im sure thinking it now. She gets Jacks (owner) involved and he removes 2 beers from the tab. He gave no apology or explanation. He just gave us a new check and walked away. As an owner, this was his chance to keep us as satisfied customers but not even an "Im sorry" or any other dialog occurred between us. New check with 2 beers removed and walked away. Thats why we wont return to this establishment. Too bad because we were making this our new local go to but not now.

This place is a complete joke. They stole money from my account 3 times. Charging me for drinks I didnt have, and changing the tip I put on the bill two times. Go here if you enjoy being stolen from. Also, confronted the owner who didnt even apologize and said it wasnt much of a difference. Never go here. Youre better off at the gas station with some Bud Lights and a pizza.
