Do not go here if you are vegetarian. Even though they say they cook the food on a separate grill, that is only if they feel like it. Once I received my bowl back with meat in it. Another time I went there, they dropped my bowl and I had to make another. The manager came over and asked if my food was ok, and I said no because it was cooked to death. He then asked me if I told them not to steam it. What the heck does that matter? Cooked to death is cooked to death no matter how you cook it. The manager then said he thought it was a coincidence that something is always wrong with my food. What?!? I have been there dozens of times, once they had meat in my food so I told them and they told me to make another. I didnt ask for a comp. or anything, but the manager gave it to me anyway that time. The time they dropped my bowl, I never said anything, they came over and told me I needed to make another. So technically this was my first real complaint of the quality of the food, and the Manager Eric Perryman acted as if I was some kind of scammer or something. I had taken two bites of my food and said I didnt want it because it was overcooked, how is that scamming? When I asked the manager why he was insinuating I was some sort of scammer, he said he was just stating a fact even though it was obvious that he was trying to blame me for his staffs lack of skill. When I told him that I was a chef for 8 years he said, "oh, everyone is an expert." I was like, "no, really, I was a chef for 8 years and my food is mush." Never go to this Ghengis Grill unless you want to be blamed if they mess up your food. The manager Eric Perryman takes no responsibility for this location or his staff and has a bad attitude.

Been here once before and enjoyed it. This last time, not so much. Stood at the door waiting to be seated for a good minute in an empty restaurant. Which wouldnt have been an issue had the staff who saw us enter not just stared at us. When a waitress did seat us she was short and rude. She put our menus down and just walked off as if we inconvenienced her. Amazed my two children were even capable of walking to the table due to how sticky the floors were. Service was decent, nothing to write home about. At one point my young child needed to use the restrooms. This is when we entered what I can only describe as a scene from Saw. Toilet paper hanging out stalls and on the walls, garbage everywhere and a couple of roaches. Only thing missing would have been a flickering light, fortunately lights seemed to be in good working order. Which brings me back to the table. Something about seeing roaches makes me very aware of every bite of stir fry. This is very unfortunate because I used to like this place. Wont see us there again.

I love places like this and they are hard to come by. You make your own meal/ stir fry with whatever you want in it! Its cooked and brought straight to your table so its hot EVERY time! You pick the size bowl you want and then go up to a buffet packed with fresh raw meat, seafood, and vegetables! You cram as much as you can in the bowl. Dont forget to add your spices. And then you choose between lots of sauces for your stir fry to be cooked in. Its so delicious and fresh. The flavors of the sauces are so good. I highly recommend trying it out! You customize your meal. Not many places do that. The prices are reasonable and they have good lunch specials during the week.

I usually enjoy this place but yesterday my girlfriend and I went here to eat dinner and I was very disappointed. Not with customer service but with the food and the chefs. Noodles seemed to be rushed and not cooked properly and the chefs were being loud and obnoxious while one of them took one of those sticks you see in the picture that they use to cook our food with and decided to scratch his back, under his shirt on his skin. Im aware that you all probably clean them after use but that is disgusting. Whoever is in charge please take immediate action. Not coming back for a long time.

So you build your own stir fry... You pick a bowl size and then pack as much food as you can into the bowl... Literally go ahead and load that thing up, it holds a lot more than you think! Pack the meat at the bottom so you have more room for everything else! Pick your starch and then theyll do the cooking part on a giant circular stone stove thing so you can go back to your seat and chillax and have a drink. Before you know it theyll come to you with your freshly cooked bowl that will appear to have grown! #DANK

The first time I went it was great but I took my fiancee on Saturday and he got sick after eating shrimp and crab on his stir fry and Was sick all afternoon from it and it was while eating it! I was disappointed on the steak tips too it looked like steak mush all runny and gross! My food came 10 minutes after his and it didnt taste good at all! I dont think they put my sauce on it! We were both disappointed! Not sure if we will go back! And I was so excited to find a stir fry place!

My family and I love this place. Being as were all gluten free, this is one of the few places we can go. If you have a particular allergy, the waiter/waitresses write it down on a special card to give to the people who fry the meals. The wait is about right for thoroughly cooking meat, and Ive yet to have bad service, or a bad time there. :) It is a little pricey, but it an "all you can fit in your bowl" concept, so it makes sense. I think Ive gone there ten times, at least.

Definitely one of the best places to pig out in town, Genghis Grill offers a differentiated experience youll want to try. You build your plate with any of dozens of options from veggies, meats, grains, condiments and theyll prepare it on their huge griddle and serve it hot on a plate. Plenty of sitting that is organized on a side-by-side configuration makes this a good place to hang out with friends and catch-up on the conversation.
