Ive been going to this restaurant for the past 5 years as I live close by so therefore I believe I am in a good position to give you an accurate run down of the place. 1) The food. The food is absolutely fantastic. This is the reason why people keep coming back and why I personally made this one of my favorite places to dine. 2) Great bang for your buck. The food is well worth its weight in gold but it doesnt cost nearly as much. Very affordable. 3) Dining Experience. The servers are few and far between, meaning your server will be working plenty of other tables and you might not see him/her as much as you may need at times. This can be an annoyance in the case you want to add another dish or even get some water, also the case when you want pay the bill at times. 4) Take out. The take out experience is mediocre at best, they take out servers are at times the grumpiest and most miserable and slow people youll come across. The wait for take out food is much longer than youd expect. My advice to you is to call ahead. 5) Servers. Servers go either way in a restaurant like this, some are quite nice and friendly and others are mediocre and simply want to go home. They are human at the end of the day and we understand this but lousy service can ruin the customers dining experience. I believe the management team should do a better job of ensuring their servers are carrying out top notch service at all times or at least make the effort. Dont get me wrong, as mentioned before there are servers who do an excellent job here as well. Over all the good things about this restaurant make up for the few shortcomings and Id recommend this establishment to anyone looking to have a good time out at an affordable rate.

Dear America and Local patrons to New Rochelle, NY, NEVER GO TO THIS B-DUBS. THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE THE MANAGEMENT IS INEPT!!! Their service personnel are small minded childish little girls who do not respect the value of a job. The young men are too busy trying to perpetuate street mentality while at work. They spend too much time having personal conversations with their friends and cohorts from the local schools and universities. Too often I have visited this location with the same result and it will not get any better until their corporate HQ comes and cleans house. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS UTTERLY USELESS ESTABLISHMENT!!!

Worst restaurant ever. I ordered iced tea and got unsweetened tea. Then the waitress had an attitude when I said something. My kids ordered some chicken tenders and fries. I guess I should have ordered ketchup too, because it took 15 minutes to get. By the time my kids received the ketchup their food was cold. My wife went to the restroom and said smelled disgusting and look like it had not been cleaned in a while. She also had complain that there was no tissue in the restroom. Also I noticed that the bust-boy was not wiping tables between customers. It was just an awful experience.

Went there to eat before I saw a movie. Poor experience. Server sat down while taking our order and did not inquire what temperature I wanted my steak burger(rare, well done etc). He did not bring straws with our drinks and we got utensils and napkins about 5 mins after our food came. Took 10 mins to bring bbq sauce when we requested it. Only time he was on point was when I paid the bill and he was on hand to receive the money as well as ask if I needed change(conveniently). Only reason why I did not give 1 star is that the burgers tasted good.

Got seated very quickly staff was very friendly and welcoming. Quickly my server came and introduced herself her name was Janet. Instantly me and three others felt very comfy and at home. She was very friendly, quick and very attentive didnt have to ask for a thing. Will definitely go back to this location for sure and hope that we get served by one of the best servers I have met so far. Food was good and drinks were great a pitcher of beer there amazing nice and cold. Establishment is well kept as well. Hope this helps.

I ordered at the take out section of the restaurant. Waited almost an hour for my food (wrap). The hostesses were drinking sodas behind the desks and entertaining a fellow employee who obviously was off for the day as she went behind the desk as well. Finally I stated I no longer wanted my order and requested a refund. Manager FINALLY showed up and asked if I would still like my order that he would get it for me now! WHERE WAS HE AN HOUR AGO!!!! NEVER WILL I RETURN AGAIN TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT IN NEW ROC, THE WORST!

Worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever been to. Terrible service, terrible food its almost like your food was ready 30min. ago then sat at the window for 25min. before the waiter takes it out. Ive tried going back multiple times at different times on different days just to see if its better than some days but nope its the same every time. Sad because I love Bdubs idk if there is no cooperate supervision or training or they just hire you if you can breathe and walk. Save your $60 Applebees is next door!

Space cadets working here completely lost and have no idea whats going on... its Tuesday so me and the guys decided to come here to get some half price traditional wings and some cold brews and were told the wait was 20 mins so we waited and then the hostes sat us at a seat that was available the whole time so we were standing for no reason and after sitting we had to wait for 45 mins just to be greeted by the waiter. If there were any other options nearby I would definitely go somewhere else.

Place was nice. Bartender was very attentive and my food and drinks came quickly. The food is not something I will look forward to again, but I came for the drinks, stayed for the service, and while I was there, ate the food. One star deduction for mediocre food and for the TVs being placed too high. Spend too much time there and you may get a neck cramp. And since this is a sports bar, might as well mention that management is good at drafting and has acquired some respectable talent.

Their were six of us, took about 15 minutes for our food to arrive. I ordered the Hot BBQ WINGS. When i received the food it did not taste like Hot BBQ, It taste horrible. Imminently i told the waiter (a young woman) this is not what i wanted, i wish to change my order to a sweet BBQ wings. 9 minutes later my food arrives and it taste HORRIBLE. I couldnt believe how bad the two BBQ wing sauces taste. Lots of young kids entering and exiting the restaurant. Saturday nights are very busy.

Lucky enough to get one star waiting for 25 min and place wasnt even full I got sat and had to wait another 12min to get addressed by the waitress.. I had to ask the hostess to call the waitress.. and didnt even introduce her self properly so far service sucks. Only reason I stayed was because I was starving and craving wings. Next time Ill go next door to apple bees. If food is good it deserves the 1 star other than that zero ⭐️s is more of an accurate rating.
