Walked in and was told that Id need to wait 15 mins. While waiting my daughter needed to use the restroom. When we returned, our spot had been given to someone else that had just arrived. So she sat us in an unopen location. We sat there for 15 min. With no one to come up to take our order. I managed to wave the hostess down and she just gave a confused look. We waited another 5 minutes and our waiter was very nice and apologetic. I thought finally, maybe well get good service. He brought out only my drink. My kids got their drinks with their meal. When our food arrived we relized we hadnt been given utensils. We waited another 5-10 min for utensils. When it was finally brought out he only brought one! One! I didnt realize until he left. The waiter himself kept saying that service is awful there and that everyone from the kitchen to the staff had dropped the ball. Id have to say not excusing him. He said hed get the manager, but the manager never came. I had to flag him down. He apologized and admitted to me that they ran out of utensils and were trying to prep for the evening! The evening! Anyhow, he apologized. I took my children to the bathroom again (I have a 2 y.o.) only to return to see my table being cleared! At this point all I could do was laugh. They tried to fix it by giving me all the food again, but again we didnt have utensils. (Am I being punked? I thought.) I asked my waiter to just please just bring me take out containers. He never returned so I got up and got them from he waiters area myself. Wow! They comped some of the meals, at least. While they were apologetic and seemed like nice people, they are just very lacking. Another waiter helped me, when my waiter was missing and seemed more attentive, but another waitress who brought me a spoon was just so weird. She walked straight up to me and handed me two spoons without saying a word and then later when I asked her for more utensils the 2nd time around, she rolled her eyes at me as if to complain about my request. Ghetto and rude are the words that come to mind. They are awful there! We had another bad experience the last time we went too. Dont think it was a one time thing. Its an issue with management.

My first experience here was not a pleasant one. The way i seee it? This olive garden operates like a new buissness trying to figure out what its food demands are and staff cohesion. I dont write many negative reviews unless there are 3 strikes and this place hit it. Im writing this as i sit here waiting for our cappuccino to be reserved because the first attempt was COLD. The interior looks fenomenal, we were waiting on 1 more person to arrive so we were not allowed to sit nor asked to sit at the bar. The hostess was arguing/bickering with someone at the end of the radio regarding whos at fault for tables not being ready. (strike one because we could have been ordering bottle of wine and appetizer in the mean time). Our waiter is on point even tho i cant say the same about his team. Our bred and salad were served much,much later later after our seating and our waiter apologized as he noticed how long it was taking. Our main course came with spinach because there was no broccoli, (now we are cofused if we have entered bizarro world).We finished eating and coffee was requested with whipcream. When the coffee came the waiter explained to us that they had ran out of whipcream (strike 2). We asked for a cappuccino and we got COLD coffee with sprinkled cinnamon and ALL THREE coffee was served cold (all three),our waiter was kind enough to get us new ones (strike 3). I will never step foot at this location again, i see why other people gave it 1 star. Only reason im giving it 1 star is because of the waiter.

Came here the 1st of November. Like everyone else in the reviews state, the wait time was horrendous. Lots of people left and were annoyed by the lack of service. My waiter, Ornovia seemed like an exceptional waitress at first but you can never judge a book by its cover. She was very forgetful with mine and my friends order. We finally got our water after asking her the third time around (mind you, the place didnt look as busy) and to top it she returns with three half filled glasses of water then proceeds to fill them up to the top with a pitcher. My friends and I were skeptical and asked her about her choice in filling up the glasses before hand and she quickly defended herself saying it was so we could have more water in the pitcher...we had plenty even with out the glasses half fulled. Ive never seen anyone in any restaurant do this before and she even added "she didnt do anything to our glasses." Uhhh, okay thanks for answering something I never asked about but also thanks for making me think my service over. She forgot to get soup for my other friend even after asking her and in the middle of our stay, she said she will no longer be serving us, that another server will be taking over. Good! That way I wouldnt have to rip such lousy service. Never eatting here again.

Table service is hit and miss here. I felt like i was getting better service from the self checkout computer at my table then from the wait staff. Food was served to us without giving us any utensils. Had to ask a separate waiter to get them for us. Drinks were ordered incorrectly. Food was good of course. But the i like the experience at the bar at around 5:30pm. Then as im heading to my car, i needed to use the restroom. I went back to the door at 10:05. (They closed 5 mins ago) the hostess needed to call a manager over. Im like i was just eating here and you have almost 100 people still eating in your restaurant. "Oh im sorry sir there is no re-entry after 10pm" i understand he was following policy but damnit i had to go and i couldnt wait til i got home. To throw policy in my face when clearly there will be at least another 15 or more flushes going in the next hour shouldnt have been a issue. And both the bar and kitchen were shut down so there would of been no issue being able to order more food. This is a sign of a inexperienced team who hasnt been exposed to the unique scenarios that goes on in a restaurant. No one would of gotten fired for letting me use the restroom. Not happy if I come back to this location now.

The reason for the 1 star rating, its because theres no zero star option. The service was poor!!! Delayed, and the food looked better on the picture in menu. They have a device, on the table, to help the customer place an order, which is ridicules, and time consuming! We had 4 different people waiting on us, which, you could tell did not communicate with each other. The food served after waiting for a long period of time was awful. My daughter payed the bill, and I could tell u she is a great tipper, but not in this case. The waiter or waitress whoever our server was, because we couldnt tell being as I said that there were 4 people coming back and fourth to our table lost a big tip! I hope the owners or owner of this Restaurant can get it together with this particular site. I can judge all Olive Garden Restaurant by this particular one. My daughter had suggested the Restaurant next door a steak house, by I opted for this one, Big Mistake on my part. Wont be returning again here again ever! P.S. Sloppy table no water, or offer of water Beverages came late, after the table bread, and appetizers. Ugh!
