Wanted to grab lunch after stopping at TJs. The choose 2 option seemed like a good idea, but I wanted a dairy free soup. The girl at the register tells me I could get the tortilla bowl but fails to tell me until the very end that Id have to pay full price for it, despite of me having mentioned i was unaware this soup was an option when she had suggested it. Then i asked her what kind of Turkey came on the sandwich, and she said grilled turkey breast. When i get the sandwich, i get this very sad looking sandwich. Soggy everything, really cold bread, even colder Turkey...very gross. I told them to please toast it and when i got it back, only 1 side had been toasted and still a sloppy mess. Also, the bread tasted nothing like sour dough. The soup wasnt good at all either, tasted of MSG or heavy powdered condiments, the lime kind you put in ramem noodles in college, it was also loaded with rice and what looked like doritos/fritos chips, barely any veggies. The worst is that the Kitchen supervisor was working the line at the moment. Im astonished at what he allows to go out of his kitchen. A cook working a fast-food stand would take more pride. I paid $14 and change for this meal. Im so dissatisfied and regret coming here big time. Should have waited to get home.

we really like going here.. although i had an experience with one counter girl who was training another girl one day that was awkward, borderline rude. I ordered a bagel pack, and then as she was showing the trainee how to fill my order, i asked if they can slice it.. she then told the trainee (pretty audibly) "thats the worst thing a customer can ask you." i was like, "sorry, but i dont have that machine at home." like, really? like i asked her to slice every single bagel by hand. she just has to flick a switch, pick up a bagel, and throw it down the hatch. she did apologize after, but still. unprofessional much? also, theyve burnt my husbands breakfast sandwich a few times (he gets the asiago bacon, egg, and cheese and they have to use the panini press). but other than that, the food itself is fantastic, especially the chicken frontega (my fave). the servings are really good too. especially the salads.

This place gets packed quickly so try to order ahead of time using the app or online. There are no ipad kiosks to place an order instead of waiting on the line. There are a good number of outlets here for laptops. I love their iced green tea and the autumn squash soup. Its definitely worth it to become a panera loyalty member- you get one free pastry every year on your birthday, redeemable for about 3 weeks after your birth date; and once in a while after about 6 visits you receive a reward on your account. I like the pick two and the sandwiches. The bread is baked fresh daily. Try to cinnamon raisin loaf: you can ask to have it cut into thin or thick slices. It is fantastic!

Love Paneras!!! My only wish is that they had a better loyalty program that rewarded you with more free stuff. Had the chance to go here for lunch yesterday and I ordered the You Pick Two and got a turkey and cheese panini sandwich and the strawberry poppyseed salad. Both the sandwich and the salad were delicious. The panini was hot and bread was nice and toasted. The salad had tons of my favorite fruits: strawberries, blueberries, and even pineapples! The poppyseed salad dressing is delicious as well. So excited that I found a Paneras close by. Cant wait to return and order their amazing tomato soup with asiago cheese croutons the next time I am there :)

I can not get over the EXCEPTIONAL OUTSANDING, AMAZING SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM JAY (Restaurant Manager), and the ENTIRE STAFF from Order taker at the cashier, Line Cook, and the rest of staff I WISH I COULD LEAVE 1000000 STARS BUT GOOGLE DOESNT ALLOW IT! PANERA CORPORATE REALLY NEEDS TO COMMEND THESE GUYS FOR AN AMAZING JOB WELL DONE! (I am NOT an easy person to please and feel when you eat out, spend your hard earned money at a place they should be held to the highest standard, and Jay and his team REALLY OUTDID THEMSELVES!) PROPS TO JAY AND HIS TEAM AND PANERA WOODHAVEN! A very happy client FOR LIFE, Andrew

Went in today craving the roasted turkey with avocado sandwich and unfortunately they had no avocado that was good to use. So Jay the manager to the rescue.....offered to go to the nearby Trader Joes to get avocado so that I can get the sandwich I wanted. On top of that he gave me my favorite Iced Chai Tea Latte on the house!! Super nice of him to do. I am here often and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Love it!! This is why Im a regular here and why I highly recommend this Panera Bread location. Definitely made my evening. ❤️ Manager and staff here rock!!

Tasty food. Unfortunately, since its self serve, the line to order is usually from the cash register to the door. Then, you have to wait on another line to get your food. Its not efficient during busier hours. Twice Ive had to wipe down our table with napkins and hot water reserved for tea. Panera is not an inexpensive place to dine and Id expect the ordering to be more streamlined, the tables to be cleaned in a timely manner, and my experience to be more pleasant.

Friendly staff and quick service even when its busy, though the dining area is usually a mess (this seems to be a common theme among Paneras). Im assuming it has to do with the amount of traffic they have, but I usually end up having to clear off my table before we eat. The food is good and fresh, though pricey for what you get. Still, we end up coming here quite often, be sure to try their mac and cheese.

Place is too busy on weekend. The staff cant handle it. I ordered the turkey cranberry wrap and the Greek salad (pick 2). I live quite a bit away. When I heard my name called. Some one else grabbed the bag. No one checked to see who was picking the bag up. They looked in side and said Im sorry. I got home there was no cranberry on the sandwich. Not panera standards.

Good Food and plenty of Healthy options!! Always a pleasure to dine in. Food is always fresh and the place is always kept clean. My favorite go to spot when I want to eat something clean and a little healthy. Only a few doors away from five guys... you wont be disappointed if want a healthy option.
