Ive never had a bad experience here but a couple months back we had a real bad experience...I eventually called Starbucks corporate and they gave me a $20 credit into my account. From my girlfriend: "So let me start off by saying that Ive never had a problem with Starbucks and always order a mocha frappucino. This past Saturday I went to this location with my sister and it was just awful. It tasted like watered down burnt coffee so my sister walked in and told them it tasted bad - one of the baristas, Kiera rudely called my sister high maintenance for "complaining" about our drinks they made it a second time it was just as bad but darker in color. Im not ever going here again. Super unwelcoming and rude."

Starbucks is Starbucks... but this one has the rudest young woman working the register (the one with the black hair in a pony tail and shiny forehead). On one occasion my mother bet me $10 if I could make this woman smile...I lost $10. She snaps at us when we asks questions and has never once said thank you. I dont expect much from Starbucks, but some courtesy works be nice.

I absolutely love Starbucks and the workers here make the experience so much better. I get coffee from here everyday. The shop is always filled with college students, but there is never a long line. The workers are super friendly and make delicious drinks! I love it here!

I stop by this Starbucks every visit to Poughkeepsie. No matter what time I come ( usually mid-afternoon on a weekend) there is a line and a wait, but thats what every Starbucks is like in my experience. Friendly staff, no mistakes, I will continue to return here.

Its a very busy location unfortunately because of Marist and the Culinary across the street, but that being considered they usually get the drinks out correctly and in a timely manor. Recommend you order ahead on the app

What is to say about Starbucks, Great coffee, Great service. This one was busy so it was a bit slow but not the fault of anyone.The location is a bit weird too, you almost have to know where it is before you go.

It is in a convenient location off Route 9 with adequate parking. The staff is friendly and hard working. There is a large selection of food but it is not always fresh.
