Computer system went down. Didnt charge us for drink or make us wsit. They kept taking (by pen & paper) & filling orders with no charge to customers. They were prompt curteous and never missed a beat. Very impressive! We visited Avon-by-the-Sea and this Starbucks last July. The Baristas remembered us & what we like and how we like it. Also, VERY impressive! What a great well trained, customer service oriented Starbucks location. They are always busy, but always a well oiled machine.

Starbucks is no longer longer my first choice when I want coffee; unless, of course, theyre offering their "limited-time-only" "once-a-year" "get-it-while-it-lasts" Butter Beer flavor. The reason I choose other coffee shops over Starbucks is b/c their prices are too high, though they do makes the best Frappes.

My experience at Starbucks was horrible. Im a Starbucks fanatic but the baristas I had were very rude. They raised their voices on me, talked low, messed up my name, and gave me a cake pop... I didnt ask for a cake pop. Overall I think this experience was the worst one yet.

Waited 15 min for coffee. Terrible location to get in and out of. I also hate Starbucks app so Im probably not the the best reviewer for the fans of overpriced bitter coffee. I only go to Starbucks because people give me gift cards. Now I will just give them away.

Slow service, was expecting a bit more urgency during the morning rush. Also they do not put mobile orders up on the counter where the customer can get them without dealing with a barista which slows the process down even more. Not a good system
