This Starbucks should be shut down. When I went to order my coffee I found the cashier serving customers coffee and food with a dirty cleaning bucket in front of her on the serving counter top. When I said something about it I was told thats what we do here. When I asked who was in charge I was directed right back to the girl who put the bucket on the counter in the first place ( from the floor no less). They refuse to give me her name and I left the store feeling as though Starbucks has jumped the shark and no longer has that something special that you just dont get a Dunkin Donuts. So I am going back D&D. Hopefully they dont have buckets that clean bathrooms, sit on floors and make thier way to the serving area.

This location is a hit or miss, depending on whos working, some of the employees have poor customer service with bad attitudes. The girls that work there are very pleasant buy the guys have a poor attitude. For the amount of money you spend you would expect superior service and warm welcoming attitude at all times. They need to revamp their team. Also sometimes towards the late afternoon they run out of pastries and other food.

I just feel that Starbucks as a brand is absolutely the worst, not just this particular one. Its simply not worth the money that they charge for anything. Ill never convince all the yuppies that live this place and frequent it daily (my wife included) but $5 for a cup of coffee and $5 for a sandwich is just highway robbery and its not even that good. Imagine spending that every work day morning for a month-what a joke!

The staff was polite and very friendly. The service was prompt. I was asked if I had helped in middle of being helped. Thats great! The cleanliness of store was impeccable. I ordered a coffee, which I enjoyed on one of the stores two comfy love seats tucked away in the corner. The dim lighting and calm atmosphere provides a great place to read, write, or just sit and people watch.

Ordered the same cup of coffee I have ordered hundreds of times from a snide rude person. In the drive thru. Got up to window and smiled, said good morning. Money was snatched out of my hand and window slammed in my face. Gave clerk the change as a tip, window slammed again without a word. Coffee was wrong. Paid for 6 shots and Im lucky if theres 3. What a way to start the day.

This is a unique Starbucks. Its one of the first anywhere nearby that has an evening menu. The evening menu includes beer and whine, as well as foods like a spinach artichoke dip and mac and cheese. Awesome stuff. The Starbucks itself is always clean and friendly, despite the consistent crowd that is here. Great service.

Not my favorite coffee. I always find it burnt tasting and bitter and way over-priced for an average quality cup of coffee. I do like the fact you can relax and use their wi-fi, so that is a plus, but I dont find that enough reason to go here. Plenty of people disagree with me, however, so maybe it is just me.

The staff is very professional and polite and the service was great. I just moved here from Oklahoma and this is my breakfast stop every morning on the way to work ;). I have to give a shout out to employee Josephine, she always polite and smiling. She makes you feel welcomed. She gets five stars from me.

Very unfriendly staff. They seem miserable. Have come a total of 4 times and 3 of those I saw several bugs in the good case. Each time I mentioned it nothing was done about it. There are a few baristas who are friendly but the overall feel is not welcoming at all.

Poor customer service. Saw a worker wipe the floor with a rag and then use the same rag to clean a counter where food is prepared. I mentioned it to another worker that the surface needed to be sanitized, it wasnt. Needless to say, I couldnt eat what was served.

Very poor service. Ordered online... Some of items wasnt available @ store but not a single employee cared to notify. And after a while when asking for my order..... They were explaining those items were not available and even didnt bother to say " Sorry ".

Took forever to get my coffee. Friendly staff, but they were more interested in entertaining each other than servicing. Nice spot though to sit in with your laptop and sip on your coffee, when you do get it.
