I found The Pantry through Google Maps this past weekend when looking for a little drive for some good cold brew. The Cold Brew was decent and the staff is SUPER friendly and knowledgable on their AWESOME beer selection. With a changing selection of beers on tap for growlers, and great bottle selection of local-ish breweries both warm and chilled, PLUS really good baked goods (especially for those of you who are gluten free) I will be coming back to this place often when Im in town. BUT THE BEST PART - The market next door and the meat shop on the other side, this is a great place to get everything you need for a delicious and fun weekend while supporting the local economy and small businesses!

The best spot in the Hudson Valley for caffeine, this is the place for the true coffee lover! They also have a killer selection of craft beers and home brew supplies. We love to sit outside on the patio and drink coffee or in the evenings enjoy a beer outside. Cold Spring is super lucky to have The Pantry.

Local baked goods and cookies, great selection of local and microbrewery beers, good coffee, and they sell growlers for beer on the go. Between Veras and Marbled, this is a triple treat of locally sourced vegetables, plants, organic meat and food, snacks, and drinks.

The staff here is incredibly friendly. While my friend and I were looking around, the owner took her time to chat with us. There is a great selection of craft brews and other local items. The tea we had was delicious. Im looking forward to visiting again.
