A patron of Asia Grill for many years- Since their opening. Took a small break about a year ago after we found an insect in the soup. Last straw was this evening.. Our order was not completed properly and all we asked, was for the item we ordered. The manager and person that answered the phone insisted WE were wrong and REFUSED to fulfill our request. A simple couple of $$ mishap on their end caused them to LOSE our business. DEPLORABLE customer service. Embarrassing. They should be ashamed to argue with former loyal customer. NEVER AGAIN

Honestly, Ive been in Hicksville for 2 years now. I love asian cuisine. I have yet to find a place that I would recommend to anyone else and Ive had just about everything North of Hempstead turnpike and South of Jericho, until today. I cant wait to come back again. I wouldnt say the service or the place is any more exceptional then other great places but the food is amazing. I ordered enough to have left overs and the left overs were better then some fresh food from some other places Ive had.

They have every variation you may want. They offer or suggest combinations in bowl form, or separate, and you can mix and match you favorite meat, fish, veg, tofu, whatever. All of it is quick and of great quality, tasty spicing. Best deal in the area. Very professional. We prefer to get it to go but eating there is also fine. Just understand it is a quick casual atmosphere. And there is a discount if you pay cash. Buy at lunchtime prices and save for dinner?

This is the last time Im ordering from Asia Grill. They have messed up my order 3 times in a row, Besides the fact that it takes almost an hour for delivery, it seems like they dont even care when they mess up. When they do correct the order, its takes over an hour for the correct order to arrive!

Noodle dishes are to die for, never been disappointed here. Small street food place; not a service restaurant. People usually order take out but we always sit in, theres a few tables and island style seating. Very reasonable pricing and have no problems with substitutions for vegan friends.

Good is always fresh! Favorite is the Shrimp wonton soup and Teriyaki Flank Steak! We travel from Roslyn to Asia Grille in Plainview. Best Asian food around.

They use left overs from the day before . Food gets hard, and they still serve it. They will charge you different prices if you dont ask them the price.
