First time going to this franchise location and needless to say we had a bad experience. The only reason I would consider giving 1 star is because our waitress was extremely nice, although the bad experience started with our order being wrong. I ordered the fajita bowl just the way it was described and my boyfriend ordered boneless honey BBQ wings with a side of fries. Another waitress brought over our food. Mine was correct, my boyfriends wings were incorrect - he was given bone in wings. That was fine, we sent them back. I started eating my fajita bowl expecting a bit of heat being that it was after all fajitas. I took a couple bites, the chicken had a couple hard pieces which grossed me out and then...the amount of heat that rushed my mouth was intense. Not only was my mouth on fire but my lips were too! This was all in a matter of about 8 minutes waiting for the boneless wings to come out and by that time I decided I wasnt going to eat any further but I was going to down my glass of water in hopes of subduing the burn. I had to then ask another waitress for our waitress and that is when she brought out the boneless wings. At that point it had been more than 10 minutes since asking to replace the wings and we were at the point of leaving. I told the waitress we were not going to take the wings, the fajita bowl was spicy beyond belief and we were not going to be eating here and asked for the check. Considering the issues, she must have spoke with a manager and came back to tell us that we did not need to worry about the check, we werent being charged. In conclusion, we havent had such a bad experience and will never return to this franchise location. We may consider a different location in the future.

Went 3 times, 1st was take out at my job and it was OK. 2nd time I went with my gf and parents. Waited 45 minutes for an app, then another 25 for wings just for them to forget the sides. Every order has at least 1 wrong flavour. Talked to the manager, completely understood, refunded the whole meal with coupons and said use them all next visit. All 4 of us went about 3 weeks ago, told us we couldnt use all the coupons even though the manager said we could. Apparently that manager wasnt even there anymore so he couldnt back it up. Food was eh, never asked us for refills on drinks, another woman who ended up being the manager asked us. Still forgot a few things on our meals but the worse part, I found a piece of wood in my kettle chips. I brought it up to the manager and all she said was, "oh, Im sorry about that" In short, this location is terrible, slow service, eh food, my mother said the Sangria she had was awful and obviously do not care about messing up orders. Not going back to this location again. My parents will not try any of the other locations but I will give the port jefferson location a try. Either they fix the problems that a lot of people are having or just wait till they close down

I always pass this place and its empty. I see why now. The food was not fresh, the wings tasted like the oil in the deep frier wasnt changed in a very long. The calamari was not cooked right. There was only two other tables with people, and it took them half hour to get a beer at the table. I ordered wings and one of the sauces I ordered they were out of. By the way this was on a Friday night at 8pm. Do not go to this location, choose a different location.

The atmosphere was fun and the menu offered a good variety. My friends ordered their signature all you can eat wings, of which they said were "average". Our server rushed us a bit and was not quick to return the items we needed, especially the second helping of wings. Also, the bill included a 20% tip calculation, which is convenient for a very good server, however, we felt obligated to give a very good tip to an ok server.

Bartenders were horrible. Ordered an "Absolute and 7" and the bartender asked me what was in that. When I explained that "Absolute" was a vodka, she then asked if I wanted that half-and-half with Seagrams 7. Literally idiotic. Didnt stick around to eat. Had no intention of finding out what the cooks didnt know.

I have to admit at first I didnt think I would like this.But my bartender ( i think he said his name was Raynard was extremely corteous to me and am now a neighbor (temporary ) so I guess I found a new place to stop at on the way home.Really glad to have this place nearby

Was so excited for wings for super bowl thought hurricane grill has to have great wings right?? Nope they were awful..no taste ..sauce was barely on them..I got two different flavors and they tasted the same...super disappointed

This is definitely a nice place with variety Was just here last week and loved the atmosphere and the bartenders where very nice and made it welcoming. Would love to see what this place has to offer in a year from now.

Went here with friends, ordered 1800 and about 1750 of it was water. Got my money back but the staff and manager refused to even entertain that it was tainted. Obviously this establishment needs changes.

Food wasnt good at all. Chicken wasnt cooked all the way through. Sent back then was cooked too hard. Rice was disgusting it was a waste of money my family and i will never eat there again.

I always enjoy my time at Hurricane Grill. The service is usually pretty good. Friendly atmosphere. Food is a nice change from the restaurant alot less formal. Relaxed and simple.

Food is mediocre and never had anything that came hot (temperature) from the kitchen. Awesome shrimp quesadilla though. Best thing Ive had there.
