Come in after having a horrible experience at Applebees across the street, just to have the same experience here. LACK OF SERVICE/CUSTOMER SERVICE. We were there to celebrate my Moms birthday, and stand there while no one seated us. I finally ask someone if were to seat ourselves? And the Hostess replies rudely and like I was stupid- "No!". So she finally seats us, and had a little one with us. The hostess does not give us crayons/coloring paper, nor does she ask if wed like to use a tablet to play games as we wait. The hostess also doesnt explain that the childrens menu is on the back of the regular menu. As were looking over the menu and waiting to have our drink order taken, I look for a childrens menu. I go back up to the Hostess stand where I wait and stand there, just to have the hostess ignore me and help the next patrons coming in. I grab what I thought was a childrens menu and crayons and sit back down. As Im talking to my Mom about me having to get the crayons and menu myself, another waitress/hostess hears me. When I realized the paper I grabbed is not the childrens menu, the waitress/hostess rudely says from three tables down- "its on the back of the menu!" I told her that wouldve been nice to know initially, after going up to the Hostess stand TWICE, just to be ignored. (I had to grab tablets myself as well) after 15 minutes, we finally get our drink order taken, and another 20 minutes to get our drinks and food order taken. Food comes out another 20 minutes later with no ranch dressing and lemons for waters we requested, which takes another 10 minutes. Our waitress came to check on is not once, while the table behind us seemed to be friends with one of the employees, who was at their table AT LEAST 6 times, standing there talking to them for a minimum of 10 minutes each time. Since it was my Moms birthday, we decide to order a dessert. (Another 10 minutes) when our dessert cones to us, it comes with a nice long hair that wasnt any of ours. At this point were fed up and want to leave. We ask for a new dessert to go, and took it and left. The waitress asked if we would like to talk to a Manager, and I say yes. Well the manager never came. No discount offered, no apology. We will NEVER be back at that location again. Unacceptable!

Personally I frequent this Buffalo Wild Wings. It is a great place to watch UFC fights and get some solid wings and beers with the guys. This was one of the rare times I went in for lunch and not a sporting spectacle. The service was great and timely because we were some of the only people in the whole place which was nice. I noticed that a good amount of the TVS and projectors are starting to become discolored. I would say its time for an upgrade or recalibration it made it difficult to watch what little was on because I had to turn around or crane my neck to find a screen in good condition. The other thing about this place is when you order wings they offer you ranch, blue cheese or both but dont tell you that if you get both its a $.50 charge. I know thats not a lot in the scheme of things but its the principal of offering you something as if it was free and then charging for it that I dont like. Ill still be going back but I hope they fix the TV issue soon.

Its not so much the people that work there, they do their best to satisfy. Its the filthy, disgusting, rude, trashy people that dine there! I will never ever ever go to this place again. Bunch of animals! I feel for the staff that deals with this trash on a daily basis! the guy below me- pulling the minority card. spare everyone the sob story. if you act like trash dont expect to be treated like royalty!! plain and simple.

typical bar fare with chicken wings and an assortment of 40 different sauces ranging from mild to blazing hot. theres hamburgers, salads, and sandwiches if chicken wings isnt your thing. buffalo wild wings has tvs in almost every corner of the restaurant so you can watch your favorite team from anywhere in the bar. the beer is cold and the service i had from the bartender was pretty good!

When in the mood for wings, this place is a must. You can choose traditional or boneless & your pick of about a dozen different sauces. The burgers here are average, at best. Its pretty empty during the day, which I like, but it gets packed & loud when the big games are on TV. Happy hour is Monday through Friday, 4-6 pm & 9-close. Great for cheap beer & half off appetizers.

Dont listen to the review of snobby people who didnt get a waiter to cater to their every whim, foods good, wait staff does what they can and the atmospheres fun, definitely a good place to go if your looking for a change from the usual Fridays and applebees

Better than the Deer Park location (at least they get your order right), though attentiveness of service may be impacted a bit by how busy it is at the time. Huge screens & beer in the bar area; just what the avid sports fan needs.

Worst place. Horrible management. First time I came here I said I would never again cause of slowness and got the orders wrong/forgot to bring appetizer. We decided to go back, ordered a salad, the lettuce was old and slimy.

The food is what would be expected form a chain. The few times I have been there service has been really slow for just so hot wings. Also they keep the temperature way to low, we are always freezing in there.

Mike the bartender is the man! Wings & food are excellent. Mixed drinks could be better. Tap Beer & straight shots are Awesome.
