Food has gone thru some rather unappealing changes from the Boston Market I know and love from my childhood. Aside from the portions decreasing steadily over the years, the chicken has gone from nice decent size pieces of meat, to these little dainty skin and bone chucks of chicken. One thing that has NOT reduced in size at all?? Their prices!! BSTN MRKT has always been known for its high end dollar amounts for their food.. but that was because you got what you paid for back then. Now Im getting charged for inflation priced food and getting deflation sized crap. Ooohh did i forget to mention the new taste of their "food" during my incredibly shrinking servings size speech?? I apologize. Let me clarify, less food, less taste, more money!! Thats the new Boston Market!!

Ok so I have a few issues with this place. Although almost all the staff is warm and friendly, they seem to lack some professionalism. Ive seen groups sitting down IN THE DINING room chatting. Some use their phones in view of the public as well. Ive noticed this one blonde girl who is there nearly every morning seems to stand away from the group of slacking employees. She would be behind the counter waiting for guests to walk in and greets them appropriately. She may not be the best but she does always have a smile and really makes you feel welcome
