The food is great . I truly love panera and I come to this one particular once in a while and usually during the week the staff is very friendly upbeat and kind but the weekend staff especially the management in the morning is horrible she is extremely rude and unprofessional and talks poorly to her employees and rude to customers and not kind at all one of the employees mixed up one of the items I ordered and I just wanted her to give me the one I originally ordered and instead of apologizing she just yelled and told one of the cashiers to fix it and turned away I probably wont come back to this particular one during the day anymore because of this

I love the sierra turkey sandwich its the best..they have awesome cookies..my favorite drink everrrrr is there iced green tea..but sometimes its way too crowded with people who are not even eating or drinking there sitting on their computers those ppl should be at a library or home I see a whole bunch when I get there and even when Im leaving there still sitting there..it would be fine if they were eating and on their computer but to just be sitting there is rude to take up space of paying customers who want to sit down and enjoy there paid for meal..

This location been slacking lately. Ordering for takeout is like rolling the dice, half and half of getting your order correctly and not. Consecutively I ordered a chocolate cookie with my breakfast and the cookie wasnt fresh and was hard and dry. At 9 am and you cant get fresh bake cookies. Half of the time I order a sandwich and the bread are nicely golden and soft, but other times, the bread are overly baked and hard.

Awesome!!! Guys, PLEASE keep it the same, especially in terms of the loudness of the music. I love it, this is the only place, where it is actually possible to do some work (food is always great). Because the longest ive lasted while in Starbucks, was about 40 minutes - they became like a rock concert stage, not a cafe. But Panera rocks, just dont make it loud, and ill be the most loyal customer for life. Thanks:)

i found something on my food that i wasnt too pleased with and let the manager know who was a Hispanic lady in her 30s (didnt grab her name) but i must say i had the best service by a manager ever at a restaurant. she gave me a new order quickly and took care of matters and made sure i was pleased. wish i had grabbed her name, great place and staff! thank you

It was ok. The waiter forgot my chips. And the woman that came to retrieve my plates from my table came with three other plates that had a bad odor. And laid them infront of me in order to stack my plate on top of the others. Pee uuuuu. But my food was great like always.

I love Panera but this panera is always full of ppl who arent eating anything just taking up the tables on there computers or phones, today it was pretty full and busy and there was about 3 tables up front with ppl just sitting there doing homework or something...

Great place for good healthy food. My favorite restaurant for a quick healthy bite to eat. Good selection, clean surroundings, WiFI. Only critique is the 10:30AM cut-off for the breakfast sandwiches. I always seem to miss the cut-off by 10 minutes!

There were flies all over the pastries and muffins, when I told the employee he said "o I cant swat them" and walked away. The customer service is the worst I have ever encountered- DO NOT go to this panera!! AVOID

Very busy in the morning, not enough room at the ,coffee bar,I have large shoulders and,and I dont like people,reaching over my,beverage.Also blinds were ,broken creating a dark(dismal)feeling.Workers were great!

I eat here in the mornings. The early morning weekday crew is fantastic. They are prompt and responsive when you walk into the store. The restaurant is always clean, the food fresh, and the service friendly.

Fabulous food & service. Buzzes with activity during week-days with informal meetings. You just need your Laptop & cellphone. Lots of electrical outlets for convenience. Lovely staff.

I am at Panda Bread at least 4 to 5 days a week. I am obsessed with the Asiago Cheese Bagels. Their staff is extremely nice to me each and everyday.. This place is AWESOME...
