First, my wife and I have both worked in the food service industry so, we are quite open minded about eating out. We walked in at 6:30, it was moderately busy so we sat at the empty bar. I immediately found one of two puddles of stale beer left on the bar with my sleeve. The bartender came right over and asked what we wanted to drink, we both wanted a shot of glenlivet, neat. Instead we got two doubles that were shaken in ice that tasted like I imagine the floor would taste like. Neat is just in a glass, warm, and we got the replacement shot in a wine glass as they had no clean double glasses left. No napkins or silverware with the mussels, which were unusually salty this time. Ordered our food, and got salad. Then forks and napkins came... Our overcooked food was delivered by another waitress, then as we were about to eat our food an early twenties blonde guy with long hair loosely stuffed under a backwards facing baseball cap that read "fukitt" walked from the kitchen into the bar area. We were close enough to hear him hitting on the bartender. Nary a hairnet or beard net to be seen. Now I found the other puddle of stale beer with my right arm at this point. Spoke with the bartender at length. Very nice girl, not stupid either. Turns out, she has never been trained to work in the bar. It shows, and it is the managements fault, not hers. It is also the management that decided that it is ok for customers to see employees with ridiculous sayings and/or slogans on their clothing. This is the third time we have eaten there, and the last time we ate here the dessert was frozen so hard we sent it back. If it werent for the gift card we received in march, we would not have chosen, on purpose, to eat pre-frozen, then thawed and overcooked food that is way overpriced. We have eaten at many other olive gardens up and down the east coast(as my wife was in the navy for 9 years) and have never had such a poor experience at any other one. How do you screw up pre-portioned frozen food?? Poor management hires poor people, at least in the kitchen. Most of the people that work the floor are great people, and are very good at their jobs. If it werent for the great attitude of the bartender, this store would have gotten fewer stars, if it were allowed. Big thumbs down.

My name is Deborah, I have been in the food and bar bussiness for 20 years. I would like to tell the top of management that I have never been so pleased with the service I have recieved was outstanding!!!!! Happiness beging with great svc and smiles. Its so hard to get great svc great food and OH and wounderful attitudes 3 of your enployees have. Beautiful young lady Sarah Onzo was our server a couple of times BRAVO SARAH! Excellent service and a delightful lunch we had indeed!!!! I would also like to say the same about a young man Jeremy. He was also so polite to my mom who was not feeling well. He too was an excellent server. Then there is Allison Ciariante !!!! WOW so she greets you like you are family and helps with special needed food cooked a certain way for a special disabled child. I would like to thank all of you for being you !!!!!! People who care about a great place to go and chill out and enjoy !!!!!!! They need more than a pat on the back ! LOVE YOU GUYS Deborah I give you all a 10 !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Generally, its pretty good. Somewhat hit and miss on wait staff however - Ive had excellent servers and Ive had very poor ones. Most fall somewhere in the middle - management seems to care and Ive normally had a visit from one on each visit. One of the last times there (around Christmas 2012), and it was FREEZING in my area. Couldnt get the attention of our server and when a manager came around, we complained. We were not moved (in fairness, restaurant was very busy), but our meal was greatly discounted. Manager turned up the heat, but by the time we had finished, it was JUST starting to get warm. All in all, rather unpleasant. I do like the food, and most of the people are good - I just wish it was a little more consistent.

Prefer small family owned Italian when home but on the road Olive garden is pretty decent. Short wait for a Saturday eve even though busy. Food was alright. SERVICE NEED IMPROVEMENT my 5yr Olds dinner either never got put in or was taken by another waiter. Asked two people for her meal before we were told order was put in again for her. From time we were served it was about 15-20 min before she got hers. They forgot the side as well and never brought it. Also needed to be reminded of the drink i ordered. Kids meal should have been no charge considering the wait. Ordered apps drinks and meals w party if six adults.

This place is great when they have their deals but I wont go without one (or a gift card). Service is a touch slow but well done. The food is good but can run a little on the bland side. It misses that personal touch at times. The prices for the main dishes are okay but they get you on the frills. Again, if they have a deal running its a good choice for a basic financially responsible meal. If you are looking for flavor go down the road to a smaller restaurant with better food and pricing.

Had their special of buy one pasta dish, bring one home, both for only $12.99. Meal in restaurant included the bread sticks, soup/salad. Good deal for the money. Waitress was very pleasant and she allowed us to slightly change the order from its original menu listing. Food arrived hot and was good. No complaints except for maybe the AC, it was a little chilly.

Service was very good. Food terrible. Pasta was so overcooked it was mushy. Pricey for the quality of food. Salad and breads ticks good but not worth $50.00 if you dont enjoy entree. I will not return or complain about my food at any restaurant.lesson learned. I will not go back

Salad was great wifes food came out perfect ,spaghetti meat sause was terrible, got two meals to go one of those was wrong and yes it was the spaghetti and meat sause they gave me instead of fettuccine Alfredo

My waitress was Tiffany very patient always there at the right time not a bother and extremely friendly happy mood suggested all the best. I dine out quite often and she has ranked top 5 on my list.

Just like other chain restaurant, management seems to be detach from the family aspect of a restaurant. The food was fair, and the servers where very friendly and helpful.

Our waitress tonight was Tiffany and she was fantastic! Very attentive without hovering. I could tell she had a lot of tables but she manages very well!
