I unfortunately never got to try the food, so I cant comment on its quality. However, I had a terrible experience with this store over the weekend. On Saturday night I called and placed an order for delivery. The gentleman took my order and my address and told me it would be delivered in about 45 minutes. About 45 minutes later I get a call from the driver he says Im too far away and that hes turning around (I live 12 minutes away from the store according to Google Maps). He says they normally only deliver within a couple miles and that I was further than that. I said that I gave my address and wasnt told there was any problem. The driver said that if I wanted my food delivered it would cost extra, about $3 to $5 extra. It sounded like he made that up on the spot so I asked what the exact amount was, and whether thats a real policy because it wasnt on their website or the menu that I could see, and they certainly didnt tell me anything about that when I ordered. He said it would be $5 and that the person who took my order made a mistake. I told him I wasnt going to pay anything and called the store. I spoke to the person who originally took my order and he said he made a mistake and its up to the driver if hell deliver my food or not. I couldnt believe it so I asked to speak to the manager. He wasnt there but they have me his phone number. I called the manager and he apologized but said that they normally dont deliver that far (again, Im 12 minutes away). I told him I understood that and Ill know that for next time, but I want my food tonight. After asking how much my order cost (around $37), he said hed see what he could do and would call me back. Around 10-15 minutes later he called back and apologized again and said that he was going in to the store to see what was going on. He said, that he would see if they get any orders in my direction and then call and see if I still wanted the food. I was furious and asked if he still expected me to pay full price for this food that I was maybe going to get. He said of course I would have to. I asked him for the owners contact information and he refused to give it to me. I got off the phone with the promise to maybe get my food before they closed. They closed at 2am and I never heard from him and never got my food. I called Cluck-Us corporate phone number on Monday and the woman I spoke to was very apologetic and surprised by what I told her. Since it was a privately owned store there was nothing she could do but give me the owners contact information. I called him and explained what happened to him. He apologized and said that it made him very mad. He confirmed the policy of charging extra for delivery outside of a couple miles and said it should be only $2-$3 extra. He asked me what I would like him to do about the situation. I said it was up to him and I was just shocked at how poor the customer service was and wanted to let him know how unhappy I was with it. He said that he would leave a note and that next time it would only be a $2 extra charge for delivery to me. Unless I knew that there were some serious changes though, there wont be a next time. I would love to actually try the food at Cluck-U, but it would have to be from a different store. I dont see myself going back to this one again.

I really used to enjoy Cluck-U on occasion, but the quality of this particular location has become shockingly bad. Very little value for money here, and if you can spare 20 minutes (less than the time it takes Cluck-U to deliver), you can make far better wings at home. Hit the grocery store and buy a package of wings for $4, get a wing sauce of your choice for $4, and some blue cheese dressing for $3,and you can make 20-25 wings for less than the cost of a 10-piece at Cluck-U.

It took over 35 minutes to receive my very simple order of one hamburger and one chicken sandwich. And to add insult to injury, they RAN OUT OF BUNS. Both the hamburger and chicken sandwich were turned into wraps. What the f*** kind of college fast-food spot runs out of buns? Its literally a key ingredient in 90% of their menu. Better step it up, Cluck U.

HORRIBLE! Ordered nachos, bean tacos, and two orders of 15 wings last night. Only brought one order of wings with the wrong sauce on there. The tacos were UNCOOKED, you couldnt even chew them and only had lettuce and cheese in them. Took 45 minutes to get here and it was disgusting. Even for late night food, this place sucks.

Good food. And if you get something like the "mini bites", understand that youll get a lot. The amount that they pack into the container sizes, a small can give you up to 2 meals worth. A medium can last me up to 3 meals (especially if I get it with a buffalo sauce on it). A large will give you that much more.

Ive ordered from this Cluck U twice. And both times I got really sick. Dont get me wrong the food tastes fine but something is going on with the underlying quality of it. There are plenty of other places that serve the same food nearby but dont give you food poisoning

If you love wings and take out then this is a great place for you. The wings never dissappinted and they have a nice selection of flavors. The rest of the menu is hit or miss. The delivery can be slow depending on your location.

Worst delivery service known to man! Second time Ive placed an order & was given a specific time of arrival. 2hrs & two free sodas later they arrived. Highly disappointed in their delivery service & communication with customers.

Maybe just this location, but I had better wings at other Cluck u Locations! The other item I had so far are really good, (chicken bites, biscuits, Fried chicken, Cluck u friess) Just not theyre signature dish.

Issue No.1; They bread their wings. What a crime! Issue No.2: The prices they charge are higher than those on their website. BW3s is by far superior than Cluck-U.
