Boston Market is one of me and dad favorite places to eat but thia particualar location can not seem to distribute the correct portion. Both me and dad got the Meat Loaf and 2 sides as normal but when the prepper went to scoop my dad sides he decided to shake of some of the food off the scooping spoon. Needless to say I recieved more food than my dad. This location needs to have consistency. We will not be returning for our father and daughter lunch as this isssue has happen to many times.

Went to the Central Ave East Orange location. Tried the crispy chicken strips with barbeque sauce. Not very good. A bit dry/overcooked and barely lukewarm. The cornbread was cold and hard. Overbaked. Ordered the kids meal for my grandson. He wanted mac & cheese and veggies. Surprised to learn that only one side is included in the meal. I do not consider that to be a full meal. Was not a positive experience at all.

They are okay slow especially the drive-thru when you ask for something specifically sometimes they act like they have a problem with it but youre paying for it so you supposed to get what youre paying for a but I like the rotisserie chicken but if I ask for the darkest skin they act like Im asking for a million bucks

I love Boston Market but this location leaves much to be desired. Make sure you double check your order at the drive thru as mistakes have been made. It seems like the people working here dont care about the quality of service. They just want to keep the line moving.

It is almost always perfect but every once in a while they do something to prevent me from giving them 5 stars. Once it was the undercooked new potatoes; another time it was the dry roasted chicken. The meatloaf has not disappointed me yet.

The food is great (the side orders always taste terrific) but when I order the baked half chicken it is either the greatest chicken I ever tasted (juicy with a mildly sweet flavor) or its dry & flavorless otherwise the food is top notch.

Wasnt a fan until i met my boyfriend and he loves boston market so i eat it to. Its more money then the original fast food place but the food ia good. All side dishes are well prepared and so is the chicken. Yummy
