Half the time this place is awful: teenagers everywhere, bad service from teenagers (surprise), teenagers hanging out by the door (surprise), bad, expensive food, just an awful, awful place. Its always run by a group of teenagers who dont give a damn because their boss isnt around, half of which dont even work there, theyre hanging out with their friend. They crowd the door, talk loudly in the restaurant, and the food is extremely hit or miss. Half the time you order something and its awful, just the worst food you could ever eat in your life, the other half of the time its really good. But for the price you pay, it isnt worth the gamble. If I wanted to gamble and possibly have nothing to show for it, Id go to AC. Id suggest, though, that if you go in, its worth getting their $3.99 deal, two slices and a 20oz (that I dont think is 20oz, I forgot to check the label), thats always awesome. And their garlic knots are good (again) half the time, the other half theyre bathed in oil. I gave them three stars because I averaged the one star they are half the time and the 5 stars they are the other half .

Pizza took 30 minutes to make. It was as though they threw buffalo chicken on top of a pizza that had been sitting out all day. The pizza was cold. I give two stars because when I threw it back into my own oven, it was actually an okay pizza. There was nothing but teenagers working when I went so maybe the boss wasnt around and they got lazy. Wont be going back.

Every f-Ing time. I cant believe I fell for this again. I accidentally ordered again and here I am 2 hours later and still no work pizza. Last time they didnt charge me. I dont care! Id pay extra ad long as I get my food on TIME! How are they so incompetent? Dont order delivery THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!!!! Last time I ever order here.

Good food BAD service they took an hour and a half to deliver my food and I only live down the street then when it got there they had forgotten my soda and had no change so i had to give a $9 tip to a guy that was late and forgot my soda not to mention they charge for a delivery will probably never order from primo pizza again

Absolutely horrible! The chick behind the counter is rude and she doesnt listen to you while your taking your order so its always wrong. Also they were 20 minutes late, the food was cold and when I called back to get the order fixed they said ok and never came back. The worst service Ive ever had in my entire life.

The food is really good, but every since they got a new owner, it seems like the prices have gone up way to high. The middle of last year i was paying $7.85 for grilled chix salad. Now the salad is $8.95 plus tax... thats crazy I will get my food some where else.

Food was okay. But I havent been back there since the person behind the counter made some snide remarks about how much eggplants costs. Heres a tip...the customer doesnt want your opinion! 2016: update- location closed down!

My family and I had a buffalo pizza and lasagna, I have to say it was the best pizza and lasagna we ever had,the place was super clean and the service was great! I would recomend Primo Pizza 100%

This place is CLOSED now. There will be a new pizza place opening here soon. For what its worth, this place wasnt very good to begin with, so Im looking forward to trying the new one.

Im an Italian from Brooklyn, and I have eaten pizza all over NYC. The plain Neapolitan style pizza is awesome at Primo. You need to get it fresh though.
