I wanted is sprouted rolls they only had 4 left in the back they would not sell to me told me it had to go to the meals meanwhile they had 10 loaves of sprouted bread there which they could have made slices up and gave to the people instead most of that bread would have went bad by tomorrow what a bunch of dumb idiots at that place the manager should be lined up against the wall and shot

The atmosphere and all is well kept, but I ordered a chicken ceasar salad to go and it was literally lettuce and chicken, nothing else, that was untossed. The best part about ordering chicken cesar salad is that theres a whole tossing process that makes it what it is. Luckily they give you just enough dressing that if you know how to do a good toss you can just stretch it through.

We are fans of Panera brand, but was disappointed when I took my grand kids for lunch. To start with you do not enough variety in your menu for kids. Then you have stopped Baked chips, which are healthier that the fried variety. To top it, I could not buy Cookie at 99 cents, because I didnt order soda. We wanted one sugary product, not both. Not again there with grand kids!

If youre trapped out near Peekskill while your teenager is skating at the local indoor skate place, this is a great place to kill some time and get some work done on their fantastic wifi connection. And the Thai salad and turkey chili are equally exceptional. But try not to come during lunch (12-1:30) as itll be crowded and they limit wifi to 30 mins during peak times.

OK SO TODAY IS 4/28/17 JUST LEFT THIS STORE POOR SERVICE ....I GUESS ITS UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT ......LET ME START BY SAYING I DO LIKE PANERA ESPECIALLY FOR THE GREEN TEA .BUT THIS STORE IS GOING DOWN LETS JUST SAY WHAT I ORDERED I DID NOT GET ....THE PLACE IS JUST NASTY AND NOT CLEAN AT ALL. I love this chain, but this location is always way too crowded and ridiculously slow. The employees are lethargic and uncaring. The food took 40 minutes last time. Multiple times Ive gotten the wrong order. Its a shame because its a great shopping center for this type of food, but rarely worth the frustration.

Good fast food, service speed varies during the day. Lots of different area to pick from to eat and there are usually tables available. Breakfast is unimpressive. My husband laughs that their breakfast sandwiches are so tiny, but I think the rest of their menu is adequate.

Wrong order, twice, forgot my daughters meal entirely, then came with an extra meal we didnt even order, nice but not worth the price for the mini meals, if I didnt get the extra meal I would have probably been pretty upset and caused mayhem.

Its OK. Better than a regular fast food chain, but barely. By the time you get the total for your order, you might as well have gone to a dinner or restaurant. I dont come here often.

Not that many options in the T.o.C., and Panera is a good one for quick, healthy (relatively) meals. Always check your order when picking up, they do regularly make mistakes...

The food is great and it comes our quick. The bread is amazing. However, every single time I order a smoothie, they forget it. I always have to remind the staff multiple times.
