First of all, I LOVE burgers and eating them. I have a guilty pleasure to go to different restaurants to taste the quality of each of their burgers. Now the prices caught me off guard when this place opened. I got overwhelmed by the meals going for $ 5 - $10, and that was for a standard order. Atmosphere is legit. Wish it was bigger without it being semi connected to the mall. But about all, its worth the visit. I stopped going to most fast food restaurants because of this location. Their food, especially the burgers that you can customize with your own choice of toppings, will leave you full and happy by the time you leave. I come by here for good times and when I had a rough day. Thanks to this spot, I heard the song "Steppin Out" by Joe Jackson that cheered me up. The workers will always ask you if you need anything else, even when you got your meal. The waiters and bartenders will go so far to give you the correct order, even if its for adding pickles or slices of bacon. To me, thats excellent service. The shakes will make you sweet tooth active after a couple of sips. Last time I was there, I ask for medium well patty with American cheese, avocado, onion rings, mayo, fried egg, bacon and onion bits, and roasted peppers. You best believe my mouth was savoring the moment of consumption.

My Wife and I were long time patrons of Zin Burger. Last month we ate there and within the evening we both became very ill. I have unfortunately have had a bad experience years ago and immediately knew what we had. The following day we notified this restaurant so as to them being advised if others patrons also experienced this. I can only tell all that read this from the Manager to me having contacted their corporate office, no one within this company could care less nor wanted anything to do with us. Here we are not looking for anything other than to let them know there was a problem afraid others could have been effected and again they couldnt care less. Simply put, I would never take anyone to this restaurant again. There are other restaurants in proximity that are well established. This restaurant should be closed as well as the board of health should be spot checking this location. Its a shame that this company is as scary when patrons again not looking for anything but to advise them of a possible problem couldnt care less. Best advice, take your family to a nice restaurant.

I had a $50.00 gift card and decided to use it this past Tuesday evening. The service and the food were terrible. It took almost 10 minutes for the male waiter to approach the table and another 20 before my decaf coffee was brought. While waiting for the rest of my party to arrive I witnessed a waitress carrying two floats, lick one that was dripping on her hand. That should have been my clue to leave, but I had the gift card. I ordered a double burger with mustard, ketchup and onions and hand cut French fries. When my meal arrived, the onions and French fries were missing. It took several requests to different wait staff to finally receive the onions and I was almost done with my meal before the French fries arrived. I was not charged for them. The double burger was all bun. Although the burgers were 3.5 oz., cooked they were much less. Overall a terrible experience which I will not be repeating.

Each time we eat here we have a decent time. Pleasant service - food very consistent even on a busy day like Dec 26th (our most recent) . The wait time has also been very consistent as most of the times were just as they opened. Nice to know you can have a small to nonexistent wait for a table... and normal food arrival. Not sure about the comments i read regarding "tasteless" - these taste like actual meat. If you are looking for flavors in your meat... well... perhaps stick to the burger joints that hide their poor quality "meat" with food science additives. (You know the kind... the ones that "linger" all day) This is a solid place to eat. I would give more stars but i need to get beyond the basic burger... and its hard cuz they are so dang good.

The place is clean, well lit, and looks hip. Our server (Jessica) did an awesome job; she was very attentive and quick with the service. I got the Samburger; Ive been to 30+ burger places and its the best overall burger Ive had. The bun had great texture (soft but not chewy), the lettuce fresh, the bacon crispy and broke easily, and the burger had great texture, taste, and a straightforward flavor. The burger itself is not the best ever, but will probably be one of the best youll have. Definitely recommend.

DONT EVER EAT HERE!!! I ate here once and got an allergic reaction than I went to the doctors because my lip swelled up and was HUGE and they said I got a staph infection not only that but they take FOREVER my food came out before my drink and they took 40 minutes to bring out the check! First and last time I ever go there! I never write reviews but I just had to for this restaurant. There to overpriced for there restaurant! ❌

Not only did my burger have to be sent back twice due to being severely undercooked. (Keep in mind a Im a medium-rare guy) but I got to enjoy watching my gf eat a burger she wasnt impressed with. She finished before my burger came out for the 2nd time. And at that point, I was so unpleased (so was my gf) with the overall experience we left. This place needed to be put on blast, dont even waste your money!

Service was very slow (about 20 minutes). Took forever for the food to arrive (about 40 minutes) and it was over cooked. Paid with a $100 dollar bill and took about 20 minutes to get my change back. On the way out we saw a roach running on the floor and told the manager and waiter. They said they didnt see it. Wish I could give them a negative rating but one star is the lowest!

The only thing great here is the hip interiors which is slowly becoming mainstream. Food is just average, almost flavorless. Burgers arent very tasty and extremely sloppy. Service is quite unprofessional and discourteous. I get the laid back aspect, but the staff is way too laid back. The cost is way too high for the quality of food or service youd expect for the price.

Only ordered a Cocktail which was good, and a 20 oz beer. My friends ordered burgers and fries which looked and smelled very appetizing. Burgers looked a little overcooked however. Atmosphere is a strange mix of a sports bar, night club music, shake shack, and lots of wood. Very post modern decor for a burger joint.

Zinburger is terrible! Our waiter didnt pay attention when we ordered, seemed fed up, and what happened? Our food took forever, was cold, and only 2/4 of our items were correct. Then they tried to fix them, took another 20 minutes, and got it wrong again! Youre better off going to Five Guys a minute away.

My fiancé and I love Zinburger! We have only been there twice but it was delicious each time! Those of you did not have an enjoyable experience probably went to the restaurant during its busy hours. Try to go between 2 - 3 pm. It will not be as busy and the service will be better!
