I went here to get a milkshake and it taste like a cup of milk...... I went back to say I wasnt satisfied and the manager said 1st its because its hot... ....(air conditioned mall).... then he said I waited too long (I guessed to drink it) I purchased it at 7:04 and came back at 7:15... ...it melted in 11mins.......after that they replaced it with another cup of watery milkshake...that I shook it in front of them and said this is a milkshake and then i walked away disgusted ... thats the last time theyll get $30 from me for two milkshakes that were watery, a smoothie and a small cup of ice cream....... I would give a 0 star review but 1 is the lowest.

Older Hispanic man at the counter charged me $18 and change for a vanilla cone with sprinkles and small strawberry with hot fudge. What a rip off!!! I ask if the price was correct and he said yes. I think corporate needs to know about this. I think they are stealing money.

Lady at counter was rude got charged $14.95 for a kids cone and a medium cone, she asked if I wanted my receipt I said yes and she never gave me one, beware there are no prices just a fast changing video menu so they feel they can steal peoples money.
