While the food was delicious, the service was horrible. Had to go to the counter to request water, hot sauce, and even the bill. (After I made the request, the waitress would then bring the item to the table). Waitresses were inattentive despite restaurant not being busy most of the time we were there. We were going to order dessert, but the waitress never came back after clearing our plates. Instead, I just went to the counter and requested the bill. The grocery store next door attends to their customers much better. Next time, Ill take my food to go.

They have a very tasty well seasoned roasted chicken! The yellow rice is excellent too. Try their avocado salad. The prices are reasonable and they remember you when you call. Parking can be tough. Its near a busy train and bus hub. I have to circle several times before I can park. Order delivery when you can. If your a commuter by rail or bus, this is the perfect pit stop for lunch or dinner for the nights you dont feel like cooking. I often have left overs from dinner for lunch the next day. Enjoy!

My husband just ordered a whole chicken with rice and beans. When the delivery arrived there was no rice. It wasnt even on the receipt. He called them back they refused to redeliver because the minimum delivery is 10$. What? So they screw up the order and now want me to pay 10 more dollars for their mistake. We initially ordered The rice. Smh The lady was extremely rude. Worst customer service ever. Never again will i order from this place.

Called them and ordered, gave them my address, they said ok no problem, I waited and waited, half an hour later I get a call from them saying they dont deliver this far. I was ten blocks away from them. After asking why this wasnt an issue before when i clarified the address with the person who took my order, all I heard was we dont go there, click. Rude and unprofessional. I dont care how good your food is, you dont do that.

There is no better place for succulent chicken at an affordable price. Conveniently located on Hillside Avenue, it is easily accessible by train, bus and car. The staff are friendly and efficient. The roasted chicken is terrific. With side dishes like the savory avocado salad, the hearty yellow rice and the sweet and super-yummy maduros make any trip, short or long, well worth the effort.

I waited an hour while all the people who came in after me recieved their meal AND finished eating it. Not even a simply apology, I love Colombian food I know quality as well and foodwise they are not bad but not good, they are typical dishes and seeing as how Spanish food period is scarce in that area , if u are not trying to eat Guyanese,halal, or curry thats left. Thanks guys

The service is horrible, I ordered food they grub hub and put special instructions for extra hot sauce and Ill pay extra and the person on the phone kept arguing with me saying they have an option for it, when they dont and wont come back to bring me the hot sauce and kept saying Im in the wrong, so dont ever order from here, the service is horrible, they are rude

01/19/17. Love the service, very close to home. My fave on the menu is the Empanadas! Yummy and will recommend to others. Love to dine in the summer often by myself. I tend to always order the half chicken, rice and salad with plantains. The only problem is that they charge extra for sauce and its tiny compared to what you may be eating it with.

The Food is Delicious and the People are friendly. My family and I order food here and come to eat from time to time. Its small but has a very warm and inviting atmosphere. Theres always service with a smile. :) You have to try the Chicken ! and the malduros are no joke. haha

Great value. The portions are large for a decent price. The quality of the food is not always consistent and the service is not always consistent as well. It really depends on who is working that day. Also they sometimes get the order wrong.

Food is OK, but its definitely a better alternative to the restaurants in the area. I Definitely recommend the empanadas (chicken and cheese) sux they charge 0.30 for the green sauce.
