I used to love this place. It was close to where I work, and it was the first time I ever tried Popeyes. I loved it. The biscuits blew my mind. But this place is now awful. Im not sure exactly what the root of the problem is, but they fail in so many ways. I have waited 25 minutes for a small order when they told me it would only be 5. And then they forget the sauce I asked for because it was nearly a half hour ago. And they did this the last 5 times I went there. Not sure what the deal is, I really wanted to be a fan of this place. But their service is awful and until they get that message, they dont deserve my money or yours.

The quality of the food was good but the service was horrible. It took over 10 minutes before someone came to the counter to take my order, yet they had people walking around cleaning off counters, filling up the condiments, emptying the garbage, and cleaning off tables. Whats more important, customer service or using 4 different people to do the job of 2 especially when you have customers waiting. This store is poorly managed.

I attempted to contact the restaurant to verify that the special was still available, but the phone was just ringing and ringing. No one answered. Poor business practices. The store wasnt busy. I was in the parking lot at the time of my call. Very disappointed.

Theyre always out of chicken nuggets. And the manager seems like he doesnt know how to run the place when its busy. Employees are very disorganized. I think this place just gotta step up on management, besides that food is okay

Love Popeyes! Out of all the fast food friend chicken places Popeyes is always delicious. This location is good, easy parking and has a drive through. Super unhealthy though, which should be obvious to anyone.

Pleasant experience I must say. Food was on point and they gave me more fries then the bag could hold. HUGE PLUS!! Service was efficient and staff was friendly. I would definitely recommend.

Ordered the Thanksgiving Turkey...absolutely amazing! Everyone loved it. Delicious, flavorful, probably the best Turkey day we ever had since we didnt have to cook it. 6 thumbs up for that!
