The food was great.....the coconut Tempura shrimp appetizer incredible. After ordering 2 rounds of drinks, 2 appetizers, split a dinner, coffee and dessert youd think thats a sufficient amount of food for a party of 2 well..... When the bill came and my girlfriend and I saw our dinner item had a 30% mark up on it for a "sharing charge" (they charge BOTH people the sharing charge, where in all my life of eating out there is a charge but its charged once to the bill) that really ticked me off and I probably wont ever go back b/c of such a bs policy. Bottom line for those thinking of going.....order two dinners so that you leave with the taste of the good food in your mouth not the sour taste of the restaurant trying to take advantage of you..... Your foods great but giving it to the customer like that will make sure I dont go back Thanks Piccolo

Piccolo has become one of our staples. We love the crew and we love the food. We are always treated like family when we arrive. The chicken francese has a buttery sauce that I wish I could swim in, its so delicious. The braised beef short ribs were my original goto dish before I tried the chicken. They have a great set of appetizers too, including the poached pear salad, burrata cheese, varied soups, and a cheese platter. We dont eat seafood, but our friends love it. The entire staff works together to take care of seating, drinks, orders, apps, entrees, and desserts. Weve had birthday parties there, as well as our engagement party, and each event was a pure delight.

If you need to have an event hosted, this is the place to go. Dean and his staff hosted my father-in-laws memorial and did an incredible job! The restaurant was intimate and cozy. The service was excellent! The food was great! If I lived in Long Island, I would definitely take my wife here for a nice dinner and night out. This place has class and professionalism. I highly recommend Piccolo!

The place is good. Good food, large wine selection and good waiters. They lose one star for sneaking another dollar for the salad. They charged $15 Instead of $14. No big deal but no apology either. No mistake its on menu with different computer price. We come here every few months. Watch your check!

Just had dinner here - second visit in a few years and brought my out of town in-laws with us. They were raving about the food and my kids enjoyed their food as well (those chicken nuggets are really good!) Highly recommended and we will definitely be making it a point to go more often.
