Had a horrible experience. Ordered food. Food was great. Now what killed my liking of this place was when I didnt finish my food and asked an employee for a plastic takeout container, the employee had the nerve to get an attitude with me. He first gave me 2 sheets of aluminum paper and when I told him I had omelets and home fries he huffed and puffed more and handed me one plastic container and when I told him I needed 2 he gave me ever more attitude. He gave me the 2 plastic containers and then told me and I quote "Next time order as takeout" he huffed and puffed and then when I sat down he was talking about me to other employees and staring at me. This all happened today on March 11th 2017. At around 1:20-1:39 pm. The employee wore a blue shirt with a green plaid collared undershirt. I dont appreciate being treated like this and sadly I will not be coming back to this place just for the simple fact of how I was treated.

Never heard of your place til today, and I only heard of it b/c one of my wifes best friends called after having been ignored. The shop wasnt busy, and the one lady who could have helped him ignored him, while talking to another employee. She then jumped all over the next person in the door (a white guy). My wifes friend is a black gentleman. When he stated that he was there first and simply wanted to order a bagel, she snapped back "cant you see Im talking? When Im done Ill deal with you and proceeded to help the other guy who had walked in afterwards. I wasnt there, I didnt witness this, but I can vouch for my wife and her friend. If true, what a pathetic state of events. Last time I checked, Money is Green regardless of whos holding it. Not the best way for people to hear about your restaurant....

I really like this bagel place. They are always running a special, which is good for the customer. There is a large assortment of bagels. Some of the more unusual bagels are whole wheat everything bagels, oat bran, whole wheat, and a lot more. The menu is huge. They offer all kinds of salads and deli meat, grilled chicken, eggplant parmigiana on a bagel (now that is different), egg salad, tuna, pickles with every sandwich. There are a large assortment of coffees, teas, and hot chocolate. As well as cold drinks and water. The cafe is extremely clean. They offer hot breakfasts, as well as hot lunch selections. I have gone several times. There is free parking in the lot behind the store. There are tables and chairs, if you want to eat at the cafe. Self service and cash.

Went with my kids to eat and we couldnt finish our food and asked for takeout containers and one employee had the audacity to give my son an attitude when he asked for containers food was awesome but did not appreciate the attitude from this gentleman not only that. we felt very uncomfortable when he was staring at us and talking about us to other employees totally not the customer service I expected. The owners need to reevaluate this employee because he will be losing alot of customers if this is how he treats them.

Love their food but every time I pick my food up the order is never correct. I double checked on the order over the phone twice and asked a third time at the register. I was told everything was there. Of course I get all the way home and they forgot my French toast and barely put Turkey in a breakfast wrap. For the amount of money and time that it takes to get your food it should be a hundred % correct . Hope you guys get back to the way you were when you first opened up.

Stopped in this amazing little bagel shop for a breakfast sandwich and right away I knew I would need to come back to sample various other items on the menu. I had such a hard time making up my mind on what to order until I finally settled on Whitefish Salad and a Croissant. The menu can be a little pricey but overall you get a decent serving. I would definitely recommend.

Tried to place a delivery order. The bill was going to be around $20. They complained that they would appreciate that the total was at least $25 even though I am 3 miles away (I googled it). I find that to be rude and arrogant especially that they charge a delivery fee.

Worst place to get Bagels. I asked for a toasted bagel and instead got multiple burnt bagels, the service really sucked, and the girl working their has an attitude problem. Not coming back !!!

Good phone etiquette and called back with total right away, but 45 minutes to make a delivery is ridiculously long. The food came luke warm and soggy; I dont think well be ordering again.
