This corner of Jackson Heights is Momo central and if you are ever in the neighborhood it is a must try. Momos are basically Tibetan version of dumplings. It usually comes steamed and sometimes fried. Here the popular option is fried. Either way they are good choices to try. There is the meat and veg plus plenty of noodle dishes. Be warned Tibetan food tends to be on the spicier side but they are usually good at asking when you order. Even just ask for non spicy period if you dont. The noodle dishes are usually very good. Hearty thick udon noodles like in a variety of broths. There is always basically momo soup. Friends corner is definitely a friendly neighborhood eat with minimal fuss and no frills dining experience. Dont expect much in the way of decoration in this small tight restaurant. Service is friendly when ordering. Take your number and wait for it to be called as you watch other people eat.

Customer service is really really bad. Not professional at all. Not good for you the boss. Me and my friend ordered exact same food and took like half an hour. Took long to get the appetizer also , which we order only one. And then when they got our order wrong. And blamed us and argued with us. Saying we got it wrong. We said no but they keep insisting I also said you are ruining your bosss business with your service. Boy and the girl said dont come back. Usually I am easy going person but that girl and boy got me so angry and ruined my day. They just keep arguing and I couldnt let go. Instead of saying oh sorry we will get you the right order. Might have miss heard it. Customer has lot of options to go to for food. The girl has a attitude.

Terrible food I wish I could go down to negative number while giving this review. Extremely low quality food. Although the server seemed quite friendly the girl in counter was pathetic. We could hear her negative remarks towards us. She should learn some manners and than start to work.

Great food. But really bad customer service: I didnt get any water, had to wait 15 minutes for waitress to get my order. Also, waitress is ignoring you while you are calling her. And many other negative things. Again, food was great.
