My husband and I spotted the signs for this little Italian place today in Hornell and decided to give it a try. We often randomly try local places when we are in new areas. The outside is a bit deceiving to the beautiful charm the restaurant offers on the inside. It has a quiet, low lit atmosphere with Italian flare. We were greeted by a very kind server who informed us the daily lunch specials. There many selections on the menu from pasta, anti pasta, steaks, burgers, and calzones. My husband ordered the calzone which came with a side salad for $9.99. The calzone was was massive and stuffed with three meats. The sauce definitely tasted homemade. For being a side salad, they had a nice mix of mescalin lettuce, chickpeas, tomatoes, croutons, and their own house dressing. I ordered the homemade minestrone soup with garlic bread and salad for 6.99. Everything about this meal was completely satisfying, The soup was hearty and perfectly seasoned. Well definitely be visiting the Italian Villa again with our family as were moving the area. Thanks for a great lunch!

Drink glasses were plastic, the "Italian Dressing" for the salad was oil & vinegar with Italian seasoning. We ordered the Eggplant Parmesan and Chicken Parmesan. The entrees took a little while, but came out hot and were delicious! The pasta for the sides was overcooked but not terrible. Overall it was a good experience. The sauce was PERFECT!

7/21/2017. Came in with my wife for dinner. Got seated right away. We have been at this restaurant many times over the years. The service has been slow before. But on this day we sat in our booth for atleast12 minutes or more. Never got waited on. So we got up and left. They were not that busy. Very dissatisfied. Done.

I loved it!!! My partner and I stopped during a trip, after finding the restaurant on Google Maps and reading the reviews. The staff was so friendly and helpful!! The food was delicious and came in generous portions!! So, be prepared to take a box or 2 with you :-) We will definitely stop by again on our next trip!!
