Absolutely the worst sushi and service I have ever had!!! They ignored clear directions about a food allergy and put the allergen right on the food. They have an unlimited sushi option, but intentionally bring only part of what you order. If you ask them to fill your order completely, they threaten to charge you extra for each piece of sushi you leave over if you fail to eat it all! Ordered a lobster roll, and it was full of fake crab, instead -- which was never listed as an ingredient!! How fraudulent is that?! Takes forever to get service! (A blessing in disguise?!)To top it all off, both the salmon and the spider roll tasted downright rotten -- spoiled -- not the situation you want to deal with when eating sushi!!! The ginger was inedible. Ditto for the ice-cream which had rocks of ice in it. SKIP IT! DO NOT EAT HERE!! Unlimited sushi? Unlimited garbage! And they act like theyre doing you a favor . . . really negative attitude!!!

OK so this is a tough review cause the food was decent enough but the service stunk, and it takes a lot for me to say that. Firstly they wouldnt give us enough menus for our party of six (we had to ask twice for more even though the place was empty). Waitress was nice but she had a really hard time understanding our order ( language barrier). They brought out the wrong sushi twice, ignored request for an eight piece cut, brought my meal out a full fifteen minutes after everyone else, and didnt refill our waters once. Im sure it was just an off day, maybe training new staff, but if they were this off-the-mark when we were the only guests I wont risk it again. Pad Thai was tasty though.

Not a bad All You Can Eat Japanese place in Great Neck. The sushi/sashimi generally tastes fresh, and they give you nice sized slices of fish. The other menu items are hit or miss, and sometimes indicating "one" on an item will get you one order consisting of 4 pieces of beef while another time youll get exactly one piece of beef. The service is not bad, although they dont seem to communicate with each other as someone will ask what you want to drink 10 seconds after another person just took your drink order. Id say its above average, hence the 4 stars, and I dont mind coming here fairly regularly.

This place is all you can eat buffet at la carte. Their sushi was fresh and very attentive staffs. There was so many variety to chose from. You order and they bring it to you. At least you know the sushi was not seating there for a long time or someone touch it and decided to put it back. It is only 21 dollars for weekend, so please dont compare some of the high expensive restaurants that you ever went to. I had a party of 3 people and we didnt have to wait that long. I recommend this place.

Sushi was good, the waitress and waiter we had were terrible though. Kept asking if we were ready for dessert about 5 minutes after our food arrived. Took 10 minutes for them to bring my cousin a fork. We did arrive about an hour before closing, however thats no way to serve your customers. They were also very loud with other fellow waiters and waitresses screaming and throwing themselves around in the corner, who knows what they could be doing to my food

I went to this restaurant last Sunday with my friends to celebrate my girlfriends birthday. We all had a good time that night cause sushi served just at a right speed and waiters and waitress were nice and patient to costumers. We also found a big parking lot at the back of it. Its definitely convenient. Ill be back with my girlfriend if she has spare time to enjoy time in Sushi Palace.

Sushi palace is a favorite among my friends because its buffet option is convenient and affordable priced in comparison to other Sushi buffets. The quality of the sushi is pretty great and the service is fast since its a quiet place. Its honestly my go to place since its hard not to like their variety.

This is a great place to go with a group! You can order different things like sushi, soup, salad, and ice cream all for one price about $25 tax and tip. I loved the GODZILLA roll and GREEN TEA ice cream. I loved being able to order things from sushi to chicken teriyaki and pay one price.

Great value for the rolls and decent quality as well. Steer away from the all you can eat, because it is easily more expensive. Do go for it, though, if you have not before OR if you are planning on getting lots of appetizers, special rolls, sashimi, and ice cream/fried oreos.

Good choices. Small potions allow me to try different items without waste. The only little complaint is that, sometimes, not all items are delivered and there seems to be no way for the waiters to trace. The only solution is to order again after waiting for a while.

Dont go here. The sushi quality has really gone down hill since they opened. They have only three people working at a time so no one takes your order. This place is all you can eat but dont order too much at once as they deliberately wont bring it.

Really great place! Had a wonderful Valentines Day date. My only problem, was that the server often left us alone at anywhere from 30-40 minutes. :( But the food was on point! Still such a great find!

price is awesome, good portion, interior so so, delivery service 30-45 mins. im just down the block, make sure to ask for soy sauce..quailty isnt the best but no expectation from the low prices

I really liked this place and the all you can eat is a very good deal for me. One downside is, I got a bit sick when I had eaten their tuna sushi, watch out b/c now Im a bit scared of fish.

Good & fresh food for the price. The all you can eat is pretty good comparing to other places. This place is bring your own bottle, which is a plus.
