This is by far the worst chipotle Ive ever been to. The workers have no idea how to serve food. At all other chipotles, they serve rice in one spoonful and theyre on to the next ingredient. At this chipotle she puts a spoon then takes out some then puts some back its so annoying to watch her guess how much rice belongs in the bowl. Then on top of that the 3 times Ive been there, all ingredients were almost empty and leftover from God knows how long because its all dry looking! And the person who serves the food also replaces the food so you have to wait on her to replace while your food is sitting there. They also mix the bottom junk with the new batch of food so gross! Just throw it out. And Ive been there 3 times only to give it 2 other chances but nope! I could go on and on. Dont eat here!

this chipotle deadass sucks ass. they dont even give that much guacamole, and give less than a handful of lettuce. does it hurt to be generous ?!! I ask for sour cream and they literally give me like a teaspoon of it. I never been to any other chipotle that did me dirty like that and I only go to this one because its near me. they should really deliver as well. its too long of a walk for me and they can get more customers as well. but one advice to all employees, BE GENGEROUS WITH THE INGREDIENTS!!!

I could NOT eat there. I was the first customer today and the food DID NOT look fresh. It looked like the food was left over from the night before. The sever assured me "that the food was fresh and all she had to do was turn the food and it would look better" REALLY? NO THANK YOU. There was very little meat in the sternals and the rice was so hard and stuck together that she could not even stir it. She needs to be retrained and the manager should be retrained also. Not so FRESH Chipotle

The location has plenty of parking and is the same as any other standard Chipotle location. My personal favorite it a burrito with half chicken and pork, brown rice, peppers, medium salsa, tomatoes, sour cream, cheese, and lettuce. Always hits the spot when Im in the mood for it. (Like you dont fill your burrito up with everything they offer as well. Hmm...dont judge just enjoy.)

Portion is very little theres a chubby Spanish boy who gives half a spoon of everything wether its a bowl or burrito... Some of the employees cant even rap the burrito right my food always spills out the wrap and an hour after eating here I became very illlll diarrhea nausea throwing up very nasty

I ordered online and my food was ready and warm when I picked it up. Took a bit for the cashier to see me but she was attending to other customers. Good parking and otherwise short/fast lines. Seating area is clean. The manager Chris was very friendly to customers and his staff.

The customer service in this place is awesome I ordered my food with no issue and the taste was so great I had to ask who grilled the food ! Max has a hand for creating delicious well cooked food and once again I thank you ! Will be returning.

Its really clean and the workers are very attentive to what you want. Everything moves pretty quickly, it literally doesnt get a perfect score based off of long lines but thats not their fault and they run the line down pretty quickly.

Ordered via app, waited over 15 minutes to pick up the food, while we could have gotten the food had we just ordered when we got there in less than 5 minutes. Were told to "just wait". Dont order online, just pick it up instead.

Good staff fresh food I went there to get lunch I got a plate I wanted steak it was not ready yet had to wait like 15 minutes when they gave it to me they said the meal was on them thank you recommend everybody goes there

Last two times Ive went (8/27&8/29) the guacamole was terrible no flavor no lime. It immediately was turning brown. I was so disappointed I usually go there just for the guacamole. Hopeful that they will get it together.

Convienent cause its right next to my house. However, portions are wack. First chipotle Ive been too and my bowl isnt as full. Not worth the $9.50 - I rather go to Cross County - the portions are worth the money.
