This place does not deserve a star. This restaurant in this specific location is an embarrassment for all the other olive gardens. I can not elaborate how terrible the service is. We have been here three times, and never again. The first time we went to try it out, it was overcrowded so i said ok maybe thats why they are taking a bit longer, my girl and i are pretty patient. We ordered an appetizer, the appetizer never came they brought us our main entree years later. Then the best part is that when my girlfriend asks for the bill, they charged us for the appetizer which is the lasagna fritta. When my girl says you guys never brought us the appetizer. The guy says "oh we are warming it up, because it got cold." Like ofcourse it got cold u guys never brought it" after he extensively apologized, they didnt charge us for it. Thats because we asked for the manager. While we were paying there was a party of ten or more people, they were celebrating a girls graduation and they didnt even wait for their main course, they got up and left and the waiter was making snarky comments. The second time we went the waiter Rafael Rodriguez was marvelous. So we said ok maybe it was just that one day. Wrong!! we went back last night and the third time, we said never again. We waited 15 minutes to get greeeted and thats because we approached a manager. Waiters were paaing our neighboring booths and walked right by us. The manager approached one of the waiters, you can tell right off the start that he has not received the proper training. But lets get to the core which is the food. The food was terrible. My girlfriend ordered the tour of Italy and the chicken parmisiana was horrible, her fork looked like it was going inside a piece if cement with sauce on it. The lasagna that comes with it was sloppy, thats the presentation. Looked like it was left overs and they tried to put it together. Ofcourse the food was late. We had to ask for the wine twice. The food in plain english was not edible. I ordered for myself the giants sausage stuffed rigatoni. You can tell that it was reheated, and tasted nasty this no longer is my favorite dish, thanks to this restaurant. Please change the complacent kitchen staff, and give the waiters proper training.

Customer Service was absolutely Disgusting and just plain ol sad how employees can be out right Disrespectful. Theres this one Jamacian Lady or Carribean Lady with short Black hair who is Rude as Hell. My Brother told me she Service them for the night and she was Slamming plates as she was greeting herself. This wasnt the first time she had done something like that. She honestly needs to be fired because you dont approach and greet customers with a nasty attitude SLAMMING PLATES. Idk whats up with Olive Garden but they need to start hiring people who are qualified to be Professional Workers and not Ghetto People. Im Sorry to say but these employees are just Ghetto as hell.As soon as I walked into Olive Garden the Atmosphere felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Employees just stare at you like you have 5 heads or something. Its a Shame and its absolutely sad how Employees of Olive Garden cant conduct theirselves in a good manor. These employees act like they have no sort of home training especially that Carribean Lady she was just disgusting and her attitude sucked. Whether you are having a good day at work or bad day at work Employees should still provide great customer service. Theres Families and children who come out to eat to enjoy the company of their love ones and eat. Why would Families want to be service by Nasty, Disrespectful people. Granted, there are probably some employees there that are really good at doing their job but the ones that arent spoil it for them. What baffles my mind is these same Rude employees want to be tipped. Please if anyone is reading this DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT OLIVE GARDEN AT BAY PLAZA. YOULL BE JUST WASTING YOUR PERCIOUS TIME. BAD SERVICE ALL THE WAY !!!! By FAR THE WORST RESTAURANT !

I came here about 2 weeks ago for the first time with 3 other people and ordered the Stuffed shells pasta.. It was delicious tasting although a little on the warm side.. I generally prefer my food hot as i dont have a toothache or any problems with my mouth.. The waiter was helpful and the salad was good.. The people with me complained of watered down ice tea but i couldnt say because i drank only water. Also there were 2 young boys approximately between the ages of 7-11yrs old who kept running back and forth and laughing loud in the restaurant.. I was getting annoyed because of their disorderly conduct especially in such a nice restaurant but i guess its the parents fault because they werent watching their kids.. Their parents were way in the back sitting on their table in their own world forgetting to keep an eye on their children.. These kids continued for about 12 minutes running through the whole restaurant acting reckless and the workers at olive gardens didnt do anything either. All they did was shake their head like if they too were annoyed.. The bathrooms were very clean and smelled fresh.. Would i give this restaurant a second try? Yes because maby i went there on an off day and maby next time i would just inform the waiter in advance to request my food temperature be returned hot due to my previous incident. Would i recommend this place for others to try? Yes...

Well my experience here today was absolutely horrible. Our waiter was Anthony T. First he forgot my nephews soup twice. He forgot the cheese after we reminded him more than once. He swore he took our drink order and never took it and we had finished our salads n bread without even being offered a glass of water. We had to remind him for everything including our sivlerware. He would never remember anything we asked for the first time around. It was absolutely horrible. We had to wait over 15 mins for breadsticks. He then reminded us twice that the tip was not included. I felt as though he was being too pushy for his tip and thats not professional. So at that point we left no tip. So after reminding us that the tip was not included he proceeded to chase us down by the elevator and said there was a problem with the bill. He literally harrassed us and i told him the bill had been paid and there is no problem here n to please leave us alone.last but not least i had the giant stiffed mancotti with mussels a d shrimps. It was also horrible. It lacked in flavor on every level. If someone can contact me that would be great. This was really horrible and i dont think i will be back unless olive garden can resolve this somehow.

The service was great, but unfortunately the food was awful. We went with a big group of people and were excited to have a wonderfull evening at this establishment. Ive been here a couple of times with my husband, therefore we know the potential of how delicious the food can be. The bread sticks were very salty. Shrimp Scampi, Braised beef and Tortelloni, and Lobster Raviolli and several other things that were ordered from the menu was just bad. My husband and I were very disappointed and highly embarrased at the quality of food that was served to us last sunday evening. We even questioned if they had hired a new chef because of how different everything tasted. The money we ended up spending that evening was definately not worth it. As we were exiting the restaurant my sister notice a big orange "C" behind the door. Had we noticed that in the beginning we would of went somewhere else.
