the service might not be top notch, but what did you expect? its a chinese takeout restaurant. the reviewer that wrote in all caps really needs to chill out, they sound like a pompous customer with outrageous expectations. to make things short, i have not found better tasting chinese take-out anywhere thus far. ive lived in bayside for 15 years now and ive been a loyal customer to this place for the past 10. try their combination plates with white rice, their dishes tend to be slightly on the salty side (as is most of chinese food). give it a try if you like chinese food and you wont be disappointed. i just ordered me a few dishes for my annual imperial wok christmastime meal.

I have been ordering from this place for over 10 years now and always suggest it to friends. Many of them come from different neighborhoods in Queens and concur that Imperial Wok is among the very best. Any staple order from a Chinese restaurant, such as the beef with broccoli and general tsos are stupendous. However the lady who picks up the phone is horrible and gets as angry as you. Just keep it simple with her.

Yes the lady that answers the phone is a bit rude but they have the best shrimp and pork fried rice ever!!!!! They are a bit high on the price range, however their ingredients are fresh and abundant!!!! I only order chinese takeout from this place! its awesome!!!!

The lady is rude but seems they got a nice young man to handle calls. They have the best fried chicken wings and fried rice in town not soggy but nice and crisp so if you are in need of a fix for fried chicken be sure to try them.

I have been there couple of times and tried take out from 210th Street I have to their Shrimp Broccoli is the best in the area, another one by the E, F train at Kew Garden is also good.
