I have eaten here many times, though I cant vouch for the sushi since I have severely limited my consumption of seafood due to the Fukushima disaster and the Correxit used in the Gulf. Their teriyaki or hibachi steak is always excellent, the chicken is hit or miss though, seems they buy the cheapest chicken they can get and occasionally end up with an old fowl which is fine for making soup but not as an entree. If your real hungry you wont get full here but for a light meal your good to go. The meals come with a small salad which is iceberg lettuce with a very slight shaving of other vegetables but the ginger dressing is outstanding and some white rice. The price for the teriyaki dishes is under $17 plus tax. The atmosphere is nice and not pretentious, the wait staff are very nice and you can get anything they make to go even though this is obviously no take out kitchen.

Ate here 3 times. Twice takeout and once we ate in with co-workers. Of each of the three times, the food was ok but something was odd about some of the rolls. The California rolls were watery? They also lacked enough rice. Not sure how you make a watery roll. Maybe someone else can explain. During the eat in, something bothered me a bit. I ordered their 3 roll combo, California, crabmeat tempura and shrimp tempura. Again the California was watery, the crabmeat tempura was ok but a little watery and the shrimp tempura roll had paper towel in it. Thats right, paper towel. I only noticed because I couldnt chew it. I notified the waitstaff and they promptly brought me another shrimp tempura roll and it was ok granted there was no paper towel. I cannot go back or recommend this place.

very very very good! Fast, but ok on weekends because its busy. We go to this restaurant every single saturday. I recommend in the beginning for everybody to have a Kani Salad, which is the BEST! then the top sushis that are amazing are: Pink Lady, fancy lobster roll, hawaii girl, manhattan roll, osaka roll, spicy lovers roll, and tiffany roll. Very Very Very friendly place! Very good actually ITS THE MOST AMAZING AND DELICIOUS SUSHI AND JAPENESE FOOD WE EVER HAD!!!!!!!! U NEED TO TRY THE FOOD. VERY VERY VERY GOOD..GOOD SERVICE AND THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY. delivering takes about a half an hour or almost an hour but if u call in early if u would like to eat at 6:45 lets say u should call in at 6:00..awesome food trust me you will love it!

I have been coming here for years and always enjoyed the staff and food. Tonight brought a friend for the first time and there was a hair in her food! The manager tried in vain to convince us otherwise like our eyes were lying. After the sever came back to advise me to pay since the manager was convinced it wasnt human hair it was from the baby corn on our plates. I paid the entire bill because it was never about the money but the principle. I will not be returning with the large parties of folks I usually bring with me.

Although the food was very tasty and was conveniently located by my house, they did forgot a salad and added shrimp to my order. I was a bit upset about that. Good thing for was added to my plate because my girlfriend is allergic I would give them another try but this time I will have to double check the order before leaving

Good place for sushi or sashimi I have been here multiple times as a take out customer as well as a dine in customer. Overall the place does a very nice job. Over the years we had an issue or two. But what ever the problems were they corrected them quickly. The staff is always very nice

Okay, not great. Delivery took over an hour and a half, but it was Saturday night. Food was mediocre but tasty. Wasabi was bland. Soup was okay. Good because its the only Japanese that delivers in this neighborhood and it has online ordering.

I like this place the Lunch specials and dinner deals are nicely priced and truly filling. The miso soup hits the spot. I have no complaints Ive been here several times and i plan to go back! Its worth getting off the grand central to try

Slightly more expensive than Sushi You, but the food is also slightly better and they deliver further (which is unfortunate for Sushi You since theyre near each other). Definitely recommend.
