Went with my family and knew it was going to be a very good place to eat. Waitress came and introduced herself to us and everything was going fine. She took our order and that is when things started to go down hill. I wanted some onion rings, found out that they didnt have any then she expressed the fact that the place was being managed poorly. So everybody order and for myself an appetizer, because I was still wondering what burger I wanted and I knew the appetizer was going to be satisfy me until I was ready to order. That was a mistake The portion was really small which didnt do anything for me. So I was starting to wonder why I even suggested this place. I was getting thirsty and realized that my drink had not came so my wife noticed that part of her order didnt come so we waited a little while for the waitress to come back and told her what was missing and I still didnt get something to drink plus placed my order for a burger plus an add on called pig out which is a lot of bacon added to the burger, she re asked me what drink did I have and I said sprite and she said she would get it. So we waited and waited for her to return with the missing stuff nothing. So while waiting the cooks in the back were just having fun and talking like they were outside and this I didnt really appreciate that because they were saying the f word off an on and my children were sitting next to the kitchen where they were talking. So we got a manager and we said the experience had been horrible and we were ready to leave and told her everything that had happened. So she tried explaining things which truly didnt help us. It was like we were supposed to suffer because they were lacking on so many different levels. Things really didnt change even with a manager over seeing it. Even though I got my drink and all the missing stuff came it still didnt get better. So Three milk shakes were ordered It took a while to get them so we finally had a enough and waited to get the bill and finally got it so it took a while for the waitress to come back to get the money so we could leave. We will not be going back plus 1 star is way to generous It should have gotten 0 stars

My wife and I went for an afternoon meal on 10/30/14. We were graciously greeted at the front door and escorted to our table. Five and ten minutes went by and no one came by to take our order or say they would be with us. There were two individuals waiting on table nears us and we were hopeful one of them would attend our table. Two more sets of guest arrive and were seated near our table. Finally one individual came by and bypassed our table to attend to one of the newly arrived guest. We heard him say to the hostess that he was in a hurry! After attending to the newly arrived guest the hostess left and still did not attend us. After about 5 more minutes he saw us and said he would be with us in a minute. Five more minutes passed by and he saw us again and said he would be right with us. In the mean time the second set of newly arrived guest were attended to and their orders take. We waited several minutes more before my wife and I decided to leave. Instead we ate at the Japanese fast food place in the mall. We had our hearts set on eating at Red Robin and were disappointed to get such bad service. To be honest I do not think the way we were treated was on purpose but it was still poor service. We do plan to go one more time to this particular Red Robin to see if it was a rate event or how things work there. Next time I will set my iPhone clock to see how long it takes to get served. I may also video tape it to forward to RR head quarters and /or the internet.

I was in the mall with my wife and my girls. decided to try out Red Robin as I didnt want eat any "master wok" or anything that sort .. anyhow the place didnt look busy at all so I thought it be quick. . However oddly enough had to wait for a table to be ready with the restaurant being pretty much empty .. .. so we were seated and shortly after waiter showed up told him what we wanted including the drinks.. I wanted get things moving quickly. . I had to wait 45 minutes for my soft drinks!!.. .. still waiting on the food ... I will fishing this after and if I get my food today .. .. food came with no utensils, table had no napkins. . Asked the waiter for napkin he was coming right back with it ..which didnt happen he started to serve another table. .so I made an eye contact and gave him the stare .. he went back to the kitchen and 5 minutes later came with napkin. . At this point my disappointment has reached a higher level. So I asked him for the bills and told him this was the worst of the worst dining experience Ive ever had. . Told him I am asking for my check now so that I can get it today and to get me a manager so I can tell him about the awful experience this was ....waiter apologize and comes back right away with the check and a Sunday says that was on the house .. .. (no manager) . I didnt want to bother I just wanted get the hell out there .. Quickest thing I got was the check! NEVER AGAIN WILL I BE VISITING THIS PLACE !

Only customer at restaurant when ordering food. Placed order for two soups and two meals, after waiting a while on food female manager told waitress go back to kitchen with my dinners then five minutes later same meal came out to us same waitress(unknown why) remember only order in kitchen at that time now about three other tables had entered. Places our dinners down and walks away and called waitress back and asked where are our soups, She replied "Oh they are coming". Now we begin eating our food with empty drink glasses and no one ever checked up on us to refill or ask how the food is, now remember we are the only customers with food at table and only three other families just seated. When we finished our food the waitress that tool the order stated " we are making a new batch of soup" and I replied " never mind I never was served soup after a meal and no one told us what is happening with soups". She then stated you can pay your bill on the table tablet and walked away. Now Im disgusted no soups, no refills on empty drink glasses or endless fries, no offer if we wanted desert or anything else. Never saw anyone again and hated leaving a tip but I did cause I believe in KARMA and I left this place totally disgusted on the unprofessional service.

Server was extremely rude! We wanted substitutes for the beef nachos because we dont eat beef and he told us thats stupid and a waste of money. Our food took so long he came over and said the manager would give us 10% off and one of our dishes would be free, so every time something went wrong or the wrong food was bought out (we asked for no bacon because we dont eat pork, there was still bacon on the order) he would get an attitude and say ok well take it off the bill as if we were asking them to do that! Then he made a big scene and was yelling in front of everyone "its just 3 dollars! You want us to take three dollars off the bill fine! Fine! It was completely and utterly disgusting and embarrassing. I would NEVER come back to this location or any location for that matter ever again! Wish I knew the severs name but he never came over and introduced himself he simply was in a rush to take our order because he had other tables, which we understood. The reason we remained so calm is because we understood he had other tables and probably had a long night but that doesnt mean take your frustrations out on paying customers.
