HORRIBLE!!!! After I told the young Asian woman 4 times that I wanted brown rice, she continued to try and give me white rice. I also ordered a kids chicken quesadilla; I went to pay and the Asian boy came up and told me I was rude to the Asian girl, yet he had nothing to say to me while he was making my order. I to,d the manager and not sure what happened with that. My kid bit into her quesadilla and it was not chicken. The manager apologized and made me another one, yet he used Spicy chicken without asking if my child can eat spicy food. My burrito was also disgusting. Why would anyone dine here?!? Go next door and eat Chinese food.

The portions are a joke. If Im paying 8 bucks for 3 tacos, I expect a lot more meat. It was a shame because the quality of the food was actually pretty good, but my stomach wasnt even a quarter full. The overall vibe in the place was lively and social. If you go with a few people, then it could be fun if you dont care about the portions.

I love chipotle but sometimes it can be overcrowded and slow. Not this place !! Everytime I order online my food is ready to go by the time I get there and even if I order in store Im in and out . Julia went the extra mile to call and make sure my order went well.

I use to be. Manager at this location. The food here is phenomenal as well as the service. Hasnt changed since I left. Amazing new team. Who knows what theyre doing. I for one am a happy customer. Keep it up Team Greatneck

Delicious! Chipotle has rarely let me down, and this location is no different. Came in late on a sunday night, found a friendly and courteous staff, fresh burrito fixins, and a delicious dinner. Highly Praised!

Food is good as always, but my mom and I ordered 2 margaritas and it took 20 minutes for them to make our drinks....we were mostly done with our food before they arrived. Very disappointed

The food here is bland and borderline inedible especially compared to other Chipotle locations. Dont come here if you want Chipotle. The Little Neck location is a lot better.
