Avoid this place at all cost. This is not about making complaints, but is directed to fraudulent practice of business. 1. Dripping ingredients back to the canister: 6 meatballs instead of 8 for a FOOT LONG, 2 tomato slices for a FOOT LONG, scattered lettuce only in the middle (nothing on the both edges of the sandwich). 2. VOILA! The empty edges of the sandwich were not edible as none of the bread, meat (ordered chicken for a company), and cheese touched the oven. Bread was too touch (no wonder every actual real "normal" subway locations do warm-up these), cheese and chicken were ICY COLD! 3. STEALING! She charged over $30 for three foot-long sandwiches (no combos, no specialty sandwiches) and REFUSED to provide a receipt with charged items.

Dont underestimate the value of service. You can always count on being greeted with a smile. Owner knows lots of clients on a first name basis. I have visited this place over the last 10 years and would trek to the north side of town even though there is another subway much closer. The food is healthy and the quantities are just right. Employees my come and go but the owner takes pride in his store and is there just about every time I visit. Employee errors are not the norm I generally find them friendly and efficient.

Horrible Service. Many Problems encountered. For the second time the Owner closed at 8:00 PM, even though it says 9:30 PM on the website, and when we asked why he said "I need to catch the bus". One time I WENT THERE TO GET A TUNA SANDWICH AND HE FORGOT TO PUT THE TUNA AND HE CHARGED ME FOR IT, SO I HAD TO DRIVE BACK. HORRIBLE SERVICE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Employees give you such a little amount of toppings and just throw the sandwich together throwing the toppings just one on top of the other with no care. Such a shame this is the only Subway in Great Neck now

This store close down new store opened up called "house of subs" great and yummy sandwich shop its like a kosher subway! Yum! Everyone come try!
