We usually love La Bottega, but this time was different. We ordered 2 paninis and 6 brusettas. Upon receiving our order, all of our brusettas were all over the container and unable to eat. We called the farmingdale location back in order to get a new set of brusettas in which they said they would send it out immediately. Upon receiving our new food, the driver asked us to give him our old food which we stated was in the trash. We had to dig the food out of the trash and give it back to them. We then callEd the store to speak to a Manger where they explained that this was there policy. No one ever told us that they would need the food back otherwise I would have never thrown it in the trash just to be dug out again. Never ordering from the location again. I suggest going to merrick, they are awesome.

Overpriced for its taste. Fancy and too long of a menue that is not memorised by the waitress and not enough taste to back it up. Cappuccino tasted p fills up because of its social location. Three people felt nauseaus by evening after eating brunch in here. Panera is a tastier and more affordable place thats similar to this. The good thing about this place is the desert, flourless chocolate cake and chocolate musse cake were perfect

My husband and I went there for lunch today. We waited 45 MINUTES for our food after being told several times that the "food was almost ready". I got up and went to ask in the front if the food is ready and they tell me that the computers went down. My order never went through, they never informed us, and the food was NOT almost ready. The appearance on the staff was not professional and basically lied to us.

Nice small place. I had the Alexandro panini and the steak was a little too tough for my taste. I had to take the meat out and cut it with a knife then reinsert it into the bread. Taste was really good though. I would definitely come again but just get something else.

The food here is typical of a chain Italian restaurant: unoriginal, not fresh and disappointing. The sauces dont have the flavor of a restaurant that cooks everything themselves. And the panini isnt hot enough, the cheese want even melted.
