Ive been to this place twice since its opened 2 weeks ago. As an Indian I can tell you this place has authentic food with a nice twist. I really like that its a "customize your meal" place similar to chipotle. The wait is a bit longer compared to other restaurants with a similar structure but I cant complain much since theyre constantly grilling tandoori and malai chicken behind the counter. Im a big fan of their nimbu sauce. I dont really find it to be spicy but its got amazing flavour and definitely worth a try. I also like that they have Indian soda available. Definitely give the limca a try, I drink it all the time when Im in India. I ordered from here tonight and they did forget 2 of my garlic naan but when I called to let them know they were incredibly apologetic and offered to deliver it to my house even though they do not deliver. I declined and decided to pick it up. When I arrived they were nice enough to give me an extra naan as an added apology. Mistakes happen, especially when youre newly open but owning up to them and correcting them is the way to win over customers. I definitely will continue to frequent this place.

I was trying to make a u-turn on the road and ended up in the parking lot where Nimbu was located. Ive decided to stay in the parking lot to have a cigarette break and as I opened my car window a delicious aroma was in the air. I looked around and i knew that smell was definitely not coming from pre-bagged ingredients from Moes, which was in the same vacinity-- so I went to check out Nimbu. The set-up was like Chipotle but Indian food. Nimbus food looked fresh and tasted delicious. There is an option of brown or basmati rice The sauces are bright, aromatic, and spicy and has authenticity in flavor. Service was polite. I cant wait to drive back to the area and try out other combinations.

Went here a few times already and am blown away by the consistency of the high quality ingredients. Absolutely authentic and delicious taste, if youve never been to Nimbu Grill try it out just to see what I mean. Even my mother who associates Indian food with really spicy was able to enjoy the taste of these perfectly seasoned dishes, and their prices are great too! I would rate it higher than 5 stars if I could!

The service here is the worst I’ve probably ever seen. They take so long after you order you’re food and it’s already prepared. Plus they should have naan warm prior and not have us wait 15 minutes for that. The service is so TERRIBLE it’s unreal. It shouldn’t take 20 minutes to pay; next time I’m walking out with a free meal if I have to ask to pay. And you guys stole Moes’ logo.

Just ordered and pulled a piece of RUBBER GLOVE (finger piece) out of the INSIDE of the Naan bread. How absolutely disgusting. I am literally sick to my stomach thinking about it. I am a nursing mother and now have to worry about the rubber glove I just ingested. Calling health department tomorrow. Stay away. How does that even happen?? So so so disgusting.

Good Food, and Atmosphere.... We had the lamb which was juicy and moist. The sauces were a good compliment to the food. We also tried the keema nan, which was cut into small triangles (in picture), pizza nan (comes with chicken toppings and pizza box: picture) Overall a small and clean place to go with you friends.

Yummy and fresh. Ive been here a few times and everything is always delish. For those of you complaining about a wait, yes, sometimes the are still cooking a new batch of chicken/sauce whatever. If you want food on demand you can go to McDonalds. Everything is fresh and consistently tastes good.

Walked in there just to check it out everyone was so nice let me try a piece of the food came back the next day to get it for dinner so good!!! My husband doesnt like Indian food at all but he loved it! And its different too I love the setup awesome place !

Great great food and we will continue to Oder out. HOWEVER I will never go in there again. The music was insane, I highly doubt the owner is aware of the crap his employees play. It was so bad and so loud I could only assume they wanted us to leave.

Ive always had a great experience with Nimbu. The food is fresh, fast and delicious. The staff is always helpful and kind, and the price cant be beat! Do yourself a favor and give the malai chicken rice bowl a try today!

Walked into this new restaurant that popped up to grab a quick bite, and I was absolutely impressed by the food!! The naan and chicken were some of the best Ive ever eaten. Definitely recommend going if youre in the area.
