Irish Coffee Pub catered our wedding in Aug 2016, which was held at a vineyard on the North Fork. Stephen at ICP was with us from the first meeting until the wedding. He met with us on several occasions leading up the wedding to plan out all of the details such as cocktail hour layout, reception layout, select chairs/tables/linens/etc, and of course make the food selections (Lots of other caterers leave it to you to separately book everything except the food - all the way down to forks and knives). Excellent communication with us the whole time. Stephen did a fantastic job handling everything. The ICP handles more aspects of the wedding day at a vineyard (or similar venue) wedding than anyone else. All food is prepared on site and everything was very fresh, tasty, and timely. We got lots of compliments on the food. They even man stock and man the bar, which was great too. Stephen was right on site for us throughout the entire wedding day starting with setup and was probably the last one to leave that night. Given the amount of responsibility that Stephen and the ICP took on, we couldnt have asked for more. Extremely detail oriented, reliable, high quality, and professional. Highly recommend them for weddings!

My family has always loved the Irish Coffee Pub and we still do. The staff is usually very friend and the food is generally very good. We had one experience where we ordered the filet mignon which had two variations; the regular "filet mignon" with bacon and other frills and the "standard (I believe is what they called it) filet mignon" which had no bacon or frills. So we were under the impression we would be having the fancy one. When they came it was the plain one and was over cooked on the outside. It was still enjoyable, but wasnt what we thought we had ordered from using the names of the items on the menu. So why did I give this five stars? Been here a bunch of times and this was the first "bad" experience. What I learned is, check to make sure what youre ordering is what you think youre gonna get - and then youll be just fine.

Lovely restaurant! Exceptionally warm, friendly, & attentive staff! Authentic Irish dishes (Irish potato soup, pasta Kiki, shepherds pie) combined with continental dishes (steak, rack of lamb, pasta dishes). They make one of the BEST caesar salads around! The cream of potato soup is ..... Unbelievable!!! The bread basket (yes, Im writing about the bread basket) has mini rolls that taste like Irish Soda Bread. Warm. Delicious!! Desserts: New York Cheesecake, Apple Betty, Peach and Blueberry Cobbler, Chipwhich (Chocolate and Vanilla). Beautiful bar. Live music (piano player). Restaurant open to the public plus catering for up to 4 functions at a time. The place is HUGE and yet it feels intimate. Weddings .. Anniversaries .. Birthdays .. Bridal Showers .. Baby Showers .. Retirement parties .. They do it all! Ample parking.

First time there, party of four; I liked it - a lot. You hear the words "Irish Pub" and a few things come to mind, small place, limited menu, decent fare, and darts. The Irish Coffee Pub is none of the above. Extensive menu and the dishes we ordered were wonderfully executed. The least impressive one was the escargot appetizer, there was nothing wrong with it, it was just good; every other item ordered was better than good. Spectacular fish in an Irish Pub? We were blown away, it was perfectly cooked. Terrific food, attentive service and a non-rushed atmosphere made for a great night out. The only reason for four stars not five is it is a bit pricier than the typical Irish pub, so that was a bit of a surprise. The restaurant wasnt typical in the least, we will be back.

Ive always had a wonderful experience at the Irish Coffee Pub, but I really felt compelled to write a review after my most recent visit. Everyone there is just so hardworking and accommodating. My husband and I were welcomed and seated quickly, even though we came in on a busy Sunday night with no reservation. They still managed to squeeze us in and treated us so well. The food and drinks are always fantastic, whether I try something new or have one of my favorites. They are also incredibly attentive and patient for larger groups. Following our wedding ceremony, we had a family lunch here and it was so delightful and so memorable. I highly recommend them!

My(41 years of state service) retirement luncheon Party was given here. The only thing that upset me was that they could have asked me if I wanted my balloons. I was excited and forgot them there. So I called when I got home I live in East Islip. They could have held them for a little while but they threw the out. I was so upset. But the food was good and the service was good and the room was set up nice.

Have been to dinner and other events at the restaurant over the years. We went to celebrate a special anniversary and had a wonderful evening. Reserved table was ready as soon as we arrived. Food was excellent and staff (especially Denise our server) were wonderful and attentive. The live piano playing by the bar added to the atmosphere. As always an enjoyable evening.

Ive had at least three major parties here, a baby shower, a bridal shower and a christening and all my guests were soooo impressed and I belong to a family of fine diners. We have been to many fine restaurants and the Irish Coffee Pub is one of the greats. I love the Irish Potato soup and I am Italian. Chichi Campasano

mothers day brunch buffet was over priced, poor, limited selection. have come here for non holiday dinner at the restaurant and was very pleased. large scale events and holidays are pricey and disappointing. pay close attention when paying the bill. our server pocketed a $50 bill and put balance on the card....

Have been here a few times and had some better experiences than others. Its a nice place for a more fancy dinner with family or friends. Food doesnt have much variety but unless youre really picky there should be something for everyone. Food is always decent, most recently was good.

I went to a party here and expected a little pub because of the name. It is actually a very fancy restaurant. I ordered a full course meal and the food was really great. Everything was amazing. I thought it was a little pricey but definitely worth it.

Went here for a surprise 60th in the upstairs private room. Place was nice. Very spacious room. Food was good. They were having lighting issues though so the lights kept flickering which was annoying.

Pricey but the food is always delicious. The escargot and chicken cordon blue is my favorites. The place itself is cozy with a slight upscale feel. Always a nice choice for an event.

Food was awesome, service was the worst. We had to get up and get our own drinks and refills. Only saw our waitress when we ordered and when we paid.
