We have never eaten in the dining room, only in the bar area. The venue/lounge-like atmosphere is great, the food was fine & the cocktails are very good, but the service is TERRIBLE with both drinks & food. Inattentive staff, no attention to detail & the wait for every item feels like an eternity... It is an irritating experience going there & I wont go back until we hear that the service has improved. A shame for such a good spot....

We have been eating here 1-2 times per month for the last four years. The food is always delicious. The staff is attentive. Not once have we ever had bad service, we would not be back there so often if we did! We always eat in the dining room, not the bar. Great appetizers (we like the tuna tartare and the calamari), great burgers and steaks, fruit crisp is scrumptious. The bill is usually a little over $100 for two with one drink each.

Ate at the bar, was slow night only customer on Monday night. Bartender friendly snd attentive. Ordered ribeye and yukon chive potatoes. Steak more om rare than med rare as ordered but very flavorful. Thought chive potatoes would be some chive, they came out green way too heavy for my liking. With salad, soda, meal and tip ended up $72. Way too expensive

Ive had steak from Outback that was more tasty and well cooked... this was just horrible. And dont bother telling your server --- they dont seem to care. Do you know why a steakhouse offers so many sauces for steaks? To cover up for the poor cooking. Any reputable steakhouse will profess that you shouldnt ever need sauce on a steak.

Loved it. The food was fresh and generously sized, and served by warm & engaging staff. We started with the calamari and the steak tartare. I then had some of the most delicious lamb chops Ive ever eaten. Its only a 50 minutes train ride from New York City. (Which is lucky because the cocktails are fantastic too.)

There were only 5 of us at the restaurant at around 1pm on an October day. The service was on the slow side. We were there for about 2.5 hours from arrival to finish. I got the Kobe burger and was not impressed. Too much fat. The yucca fries are delicious though.

I go here quite a lot, both alone and with the family. The staff is awesome. The bar patrons are fun and often brilliant people. I have never eaten anything here I didnt like. This is my absolute favorite place. Try the filet. 6 stars.
