Ill say this from time to time, but I dont give out 5 stars that easily. It takes a perfect blend of fair pricing, atmosphere, great customer service, and food that is good enough that I would put it on the top 25 things Ive ever eaten. They successfully did all of this. The food was the not the best thing I have ever had, but it was high quality, different than anything else Ive had, and delicious. I had pappardelle in a green olive oil sauce (similar to pesto) with Brussel sprout crisps and artichoke hearts nicely laid on top. It was spectacular and fairly priced. As well as this, I started with the best fried calamari and seafood marinara sauce I have ever had. I would go back just for this. Well done Madonia. I will be back soon :)

Well let me start by saying that I am extreamly picky... In last 5 years I went to many restaurants and only once I was happy. What I usually look into restaurant is: Nice atmosphare, Nice service, fair price, food selection, food freshness (yes I can tell a difference how old the meat is), cleanness. Well this restaurant scored top nutch on all of it. The owner which I met is a nice guy, I liked it so much we haveing our small reception on Saturday, what a surprise restaurant that treat you fair and gives you fair prices. I would recomend to anyone that is looking for a place to take yoru gf/bf hus/wif for a nice romantic dinner. This restaurant is well balanced. Go ahead and try it, I promise you will love it.

Went to Madonia for the first time on a Sunday evening with a friend and had a really enjoyable experience. Since the restaurant wasnt crazy busy at 7:30PM on a Sunday, we asked if we could sit in the private dining room with the wine cellar and they were very accommodating - it made our dining experience all the more memorable! On Sundays they have half priced wine bottles so we opted for a delicious french bottle to share and then ordered the burrata, oysters and mussels. For our main course we had the sea bass and the rib eye and everything was DELICIOUS. For dessert we shared the chocolate mousse and it did not disappoint. The atmosphere, food & service was great!

A favourite for lunch. The decor is romantic at night and delightful by day. Enzo and his staff are always welcoming and accommodating. Plenty of space for your table to enjoy your company without being overwhelmed by nearby tables. Food changes seasonally and is always fresh and delicious.

High class meals without the exorbitant price tag. Not a huge menu, but it has a great variety. Started with some oysters and burratta cheese. Artichoke Parpadelle for the main course. Then finished up with a chocolate lava cake. Absolutely loved it all.

food is great, drinks are great, place is great. The only thing I dont like is the music while having dinner. Too loud and mostly not pleasant. So I avoid the days they are having music. Would be great if Madonia would not have music every week.

his restaurant is located in downtown Stamford, in an area comprised mainly of Pubs, sports bars and similar establishments. That is not a negative, its just that it is a large cut above its neighbors when it comes to food.

LOVE LOVE this place. I eat here at least once a week. Food is super fresh and consistent. Good service. Did the Holiday party for my employees and it turned out amazing. They surpassed my expectations. Highly recommend!

I have never been disappointed at this restaurant. My absolute favorite dish is their Calabrian Sunday Ragú. A little pricey but everything is well prepared and Ive always gotten excellent service.
