Nice setting, friendly folks, and kid friendly, but subpar food at above average prices. Stopped in after a day out of the city in Croton Park and had the special corn chowder, Greek salad dinner portion, and udon noodle with tofu. The soup was very sweet - a teaspoon of salt made it edible. The salad had untasty olives, dry and powdery feta, and a bed of limp lettuce greens under a blah yogurt and oil dressing. The cucumbers were, however, very fresh. The udon noodle dish was decent, but marred by distinctly rubbery cubes of fried tofu. The pork slap beer and homemade potato chips were honestly the best things we got.

Great place, excellent style and comfortable environment. The truffled Mac and cheese was worth the drive over the bridge for. While it seems from other reviews they have a liquor license of some sort, I didnt see drink menus posted, or a bar, which I would have ordered something from if I knew was present. Service was quick, friendly, and efficient. Great experience.

I have been coming here for years. The food is amazing. Unfortunately since the other restaurant Tangines has opened the owner spends less time overseeing the restaurant. Tonight the. Staff was very young and had no clue what the specials were and knowledge about the menu.

Theses guys have it right! What with all the different specials and discount nights it is no exaggeration that you can have a glass of wine and either two appetizers or one entree and only spend 15 dollars.... all the while enjoying gourmet precision!

This place has a great unique vibe with friendly staff. The food is always fresh and hot. The employees are very attentive as well. The only thing I think that could be improved is the distance between the seats.

Its OK, the place can use a really good cleaning it was grimy/dirty. A remodeling would do wonders, the food was meh... Service was very good. Overall it was OK but unfortunately nothing special in my opinion.
