my vet, in the building next door, recommended Squeeze to me. needing a place to grab a bite, I figured Id take the brief walk and try it. Was it ever worth it! I was greeted by a clean, spacious, BRIGHT GREEN room with two very friendly women behind the counter. as I contemplated the selections I was offered a nutella smoothie - maybe part of a failed experiment, but given my love of Nutella, I didnt question it. it was fantastic. The chips with homemade guac, pico de gallo, and salsa verde were excellent - the salsas were bright and clean, and the chips were perfectly crispy and an ideal size. The Turkey Cuban panini came with fries which turned out to be slender curly fries rather than the generic Sysco fries you find everywhere, a welcome surprise. the panini itself was delicious, warm with melted cheese, and not a daunting size as the trend is for.

Behind the counter is disgusting. I would expect restaurants and cafés to be cognizant of this. The woman who served me was very polite but seemed overwhelmed with cashing out the 3 tables she had as opposed to tending to a takeout order. I would recommend placing the computer to take orders facing the front of the restaurant so customers dont feel like they are being ignored. Please use gloves when handling food....or at least have a sink available so we can see you wash your hands before touching the ingredients for a smoothie, especially when handling money moments before doing so.

On a Sunday looking for a place to get a smoothie, every other place was closed. I came across this location and the hours online said they were open till 6 pm. Drove all the way from the edge of Poughkeepsie to find out they are also closed on Sunday according to their sign on the door.

First time in there and was greeted right away the worker was very pleasant and very helpful we got a complimentary chips and salsa and our food came out hot and in perfect time and the smoothies were also great, prices were just right I will definitely be going back often

Have gone quite a few times. Food always great. Wonderful staff. Prices very reasonable. If you dont see something you want, theyll try to accommodate you. Ive catered with them twice and food was a hit both times.

Cant rave enough about the quality of the food served. It is creative, always fresh and the prices are incredible. Soup, paninnis, wraps, salads, even burgers, shakes and juices. All incredible!
