Panera has completely redone thier menu with all natural products and I am very happy they have. My family and I visited this afternoon at lunch time and the crowd was huge. We were lucky to find a table and wait for our meal and while the wait was lengthy, we completely understood why. When our food did arrive, we were missing the broth bowl I had ordered and the server informed she will get right on it. A second server asked us if we received everything as nd we informed him we had not and he got on the problem. After both servers checked in with us two more times each (again...the place was mobbed) they both said they would let the manager know. After a couple minutes go by of us happily eating the delicious food that did arrive, the manager arrived with a refund in hand for our ENTIRE meal! Way above and beyond what was required and when we stated that the entire refund wasnt necessary she replied "yes, it is" and gave us her apologies. We had at no point asked for a refund. Panera not only has upped thier food game, but the service as well. Thanks!

We usually go to the one in Poughkeepsie which is great and we love it. We went to the Fishkill NY one and waited 5 minutes for someone to take our order and we werent even behind anyone. They had about 5 people on the production line and it wasnt even busy. Why is that? Then we finally order our food and wait another 5-10 minutes and the soup for all 3 of us was barely luke warm. (french onion) At first we thought of sending it back, but decided why wait another 10 min to get it heated up. After only eating about 1/4 of it each (3 of us ordered it) we all said it tasted horrible, not like Poughkeepsie one. A half hour after eating it, my husband and my son both threw up and I feel nauseous. Either the soup was sitting out cold and went bad or the onions used were bad. My husband is still throwing up as I type this. Needless to say we are NEVER going to this Panera again. Ill stick to our usual Pok store. We should have demanded our money back, but we rushed home because we all felt ill and wanted to get out of there ASAP. I hope no one else got sick tonight.

I have been eating at Panera Bread Restaurants for many years as travel on the east cost and have always had a wonderful experience. On Saturday, 5/22/2017 at about 1 pm, my husband and I stopped at this restaurant and were greatly disappointed by the poor and slow service we received. The lady cashier was very slow, the gentleman who made the smoothies and frozen mochas was making them from only barely rinsed containers without any regard of whether the drink was dairy or nondairy. I ordered wheat bread and got white bread and it was later rectified. As we were about to leave, we used the bathrooms and they were very dirty. We love Panera and we would hate it to go the way of Chipotle because of having a dirty environment and slow service. My hope is that this situation will be rectified. We have the privilege of being regular customers at the Leominster, MA restaurant that has excellent service.

Only one person on the register, who was also the manager, and a line out the door. She was doing her best, while also making smoothies, trying to help a young guy who obviously didnt know a smoothie from a movie. The cup was overfilled and spilled all over my feet when I tried to take a sip. When my $9+ sandwich came out, it looked like Panera doesnt own a knife and the bread, much too small for the filling, was ripped apart and full of holes. As usual, there was way too much "sauce" on the crumbled bread also, so the entire sandwich fell apart the second I picked it up. Thank god the napkins are free because I needed about 15 to mop up the mess everytime I tried to take a bite. I would have complained but didnt want to cut the still long line and wasnt going to wait another 20 minites on the end of it. Unfortunate.

WORST Panera ever!!! Do you know how many times Ive had my name written in the manager book to get free meals because theyve messed my order up so many times! They have the worst staff. A bunch of kids goofing off behind the counters and never getting your order right. They have 16 people working in that place at one time and only one of them is running the register. By dinner time they are out of pretty much anything you can call bread! Horrible

Planned on dinner here before a movie at the Regal Cinema across the street. We ordered 2 Asian Salad with chicken. The salad was drowning in dressing. The dressing had too much soy and was very salty. Good location, terrible salad. It was a very slow evening last evening around 6pm. The place was empty, so they were not rushed. Just very poorly prepared. Whoever made the salads took no pride in the preparation. Very disappointed

This particular location appeared very understaffed because even with a line of 12 people, there was only one person on register AND making drinks and I assume she was the manager because she wore a different shirt and was bossy. She actually yelled at customers who dared to ask where their drinks were because "she had already made them and didnt know where they went." Not the quick stop we were looking for sadly.

The line was long and there was only one cashier on a Saturday afternoon I ordered a Greek salad with avocado and 2 half sandwiches .... they quickly stuffed the food in the bag when I got home and got ready to eat there was 2 half salads with just lettuce in the box no dressing and no avocado the bagettes were burnt and the sandwich was half assed .... would never eat at this location again disgusting!

I went here after practice super hungry and I wanted a Mac and cheese but they were out I was a little sad but I was like ok Ill just have a soup and sandwich to go so we wait about 15 minutes with only 1 other person waiting for food and when they give me my food they say they dont have any to go spoons. How am I supposed to eat my soup to go with out a spoon. Very upset just want to eat my soup.

It is a Sunday 8/13/17, I walked in at 6:38pm. I didnt get to the register until 6:48pm. I waited even longer for my food. I received my food at 7:04pm. So just about a half hour from the time I arrived to when I received my takeout order. One lobster sandwich and 2 mac nd cheeses. Not sure about anyone else, but that is an excessive amount of time. Understaffed or slow staff is an understatement.

We are working in the area and have eaten there at least 10 times in the last month. Every time they did not get the order right and we have not seen a clean table yet. I would have stoped eating there after the seconed time but Panera bread is my wifes favorite. They can use some Improvement.
