Our burgers were good! The reasons why I give 3 stars are as follow: We came at noon and it wasnt busy. There was only one person to take the order. She was cleaning the tables and serving the orders to the tables (poor soul). We waited a couple of minutes. As we sat down we noticed the table was dirty. I cleaned it with a napkin. The server came to tell us they didnt have the beers we ordered. By now there was a line. The order was changed. The place was cold and so were the fries. Who puts A/C during the winter? All in all the burgers were good but the rest was not. Im not sure if I will comeback.

The line was very long, they were short of staff. The manager seemed very inexperienced. She had no personality, she did not smile and seemed annoyed. They had no servers on duty and only 2 cooks in the back. She screwed our order. The cooks in the back were overwhelmed with orders but were still doing their best to please the customers. They gladly fixed our orders. I loved coming to this place when they first opened but since then the service has gotten so lousy. I will not come back to this location. One family left after telling another family not to stay

went there Saturday 25 mins before closing. They told me it would have to be a take out only. The food was good, but the service stinks. 10 mins before closing this same cashier left his post to go to the bathroom leaving people on line waiting then coming back. The cashier then went on to make milk shakes including mine grabbing 4 metal shake glasses from the top with his fingers going into the glass before making it. I grossed out and told him I didnt want it. Additionally the floors were all greasy and slippery. I will never go back there again.

Figured out why its called Smash burger... place is a train wreck. 2 sandwiches coming 5 minutes apart. $2 for a 1/16th slice of avocado. The manager seemed infuriated when I asked for more, to boot... a whole avocado costs less than that paper thin slice we got. Large fries were anything but. And there was a corporate guy walking around that just made the whole staff (and the customers) uncomfortable. Skip this place, theres a great diner up the street if you want a good burger.

The place went a bit down hill since its strong opening a few months ago. The workers there are made up of college-level teenagers who are not the best at their job (they mess up your order way too much), and the burgers are a bit dry and bulky (the bun makes it hard to hold), but are otherwise delicious. The menu options are great, too. Is a good alternative to the Five Guys and Wendys nearby.

3 times I went last visit wasnt bad but also wasnt the best , the floor can be very slippery. Service is average and smash chicken can be overlooked sometimes which makes for a not to favorable meal. If you get a to order a quick check of the the food and especially chicken (making sure its cooked right and not too crispy boarder line burnt) place is not bad they have great days and ok days .

Eeks. Horrible service and long wait (20 mins+). My childs chicken came out burnt to a crisp, they actually tried to serve it to us, then when I inquired if that was the way it normally looked she said they would make another. I witnessed 2 other customers having mistakes during our visit.

Cold, old fries. Subpar, flimsy, overcooked burger. Tea verging on spoiled. Old bread. Perhaps they do not get enough foot traffic to turn over their inventory in a timely manner. Poorly done, overpriced fastish food. The Wendys nearby is better and at 1/2 the price.

Got take out here tonight for the fifth time. My order has been wrong every time whether I order at the register or online. Food mediocre, fries are always cold. We wont be going back. Five Guys staff much friendlier, burgers tastier, and service quicker.

Food is absurdly greasy, bordering on inedible, and definitely makes people sick. The staff leaves some to be desired, but they do their job. The store is acceptably clean, but honestly I prefer either a real local burger joint or Five Guys.

The night I went food was great but service was extremely slow - it took approximately 30 mins for them to take my order. They need to hire an extra person to focus on making milkshakes so they can get more orders out the door.

Great customer service and delicious food. The manager gave me great suggestions and ended up loving trying something new (Grilled chicken spinach, cucumber with goat cheese). We also had a delicious Oreo milkshake.

Lousy service, the fries were cold and they wouldnt replace. We ordered a regular burger and a large burger, were served 2 regular burgers and they argued with me. Stick to the nearby Five Guys.
