Went here for the first time recently... burgers are okay, I wouldnt say anything too special. I got the double burger and my wife got a burger with cheddar, but angus. We then got a kale caesar and truffle fries. The burgers are about 11 bucks or so and come with nothing on side, just a couple of pickle slices. The kale salad was about 8 bucks and came in 2 plates, which was nice, so my wife and I had our own. The truffle fries were about 6 and was basically just a side for 1 person. All in all, the atmosphere is nice, family friendly place, prices are a little expensive for just a burger, but not terrible overall. Would go back again as a place to keep things interesting. Not a place Im going to crave to go.

First time at ZinBurger last night! The manager, Steve, was so nice, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Our waitress, whos name I dont remember was also lovely! I ordered the big blue burger, and the chopped wedge salad it was awesome. My boyfriend got the Zin burger out of Stevss recommendation, and the truffle fries, I really loved that one so we switched! Didnt live our wine selection so we said something... And we were able to take it home in a sealed bag with receipt to give to my mom lol. Great experience, we will be back.

Customer service was horrible. Our waitress finally came after about 10 minutes (still unbused dishes in front of us) and took our order. She was kind but we literally never saw her again. Spent about an hour at the bar, mostly waiting. Drinks were decent, cool atmosphere, but probably will never go back. Oh, and one of the waiters literally got an attitude when I asked to turn the bar TV to a different game. Like, really?

My boyfriend and I went for an early dinner (around 5) on a Sunday. Our food came quickly, the meat was cooked to out liking, and everything tasted delicious! As I am dairy free, I ordered a burger without cheese. They did this without question and my burger was still amazing even with the missing ingredient. Our waitress was very kind kind and easy going. I highly recommend this restaurant!

I love to go here with my family to have a burger and those amazing Parmesan fries! My 2 year old loves the alioli! The chocolate pie is great and pretty big! its also a great place to go with some friends to have shake and a long talk The only thing I dont love its that when its crowded they mix the orders, but you cant get angry, the people working here are just TOO NICE!

I went here over the summer server was great but the food wasnt that good and we waited for an hour the women have gave us wrong food I touched the bun to look what I got and she said sorry its not yours I told her I touched the bun she went back in the Mitch a second later she had the same food and have it to another. I touched it why give someone something somebody touched

Our server, Jordan, was extremely on top of our needs at our table. She was friendly, humorous, and quick to remove plates as they were finished. The food arrived in about 10-15 minutes, and was delicious, as always. Even on a slow day, Zinburger here in Nanuet manages to keep service top of the line.

We were seated right away, and the service was speedy. The place was a bit noisy but wasnt unpleasant. The big bad blue burger was amazing, I would definitely order the cucumber lemonade again. The zucchini fries were a welcomed alternative to regular French fries. I will definitely dine here again.

As burgers go, I think Ive had better tasting burgers at other places, but the burgers at Zinburger are good enough to make it worth a visit. The place is spacious, and service is very good and friendly. We enjoyed the chili fries and the truffle fries.

I come here at least every other week. The service is always great, though beware some weekend nights it is very crowded and there will be a wait time. The burgers are great, but the fries are a bit pricey. Try visiting during happy hour for super savings!

Im sorry this one was my first and last time to eat in this place,the was terrible and the service ,the same thing I dont know if the waitress was the only one working ,because it took forever ,the order was fast ,but after that ....HORRIBLE

Toni was our server and we couldnt have been treated better or more welcomed. Has the Superbowl burger was great and zucchini fries were awesome. Manager came by a few times, nice touch. They even opened the door for us. Coming back!

The service is so bad! My family got treated so badly. We didnt even get napkins! It was just so outrageous! I was really suprised with the bad quality service! I really hope they can do something to fix this for the consumers!

Definitely recommend this place not just for their burgers. Leave it to the kids to want burgers after I just finished my workout. So I had a salad. Surprisingly I must say it was very good. Service of course was fantastic.

Good food and drink and a fun bar scene with plenty of TVs. Great for lunch. Gets crowded at night. Also good for a family night out. Reasonable prices, although the kobe beef option is pricey and seems silly to me.

great wine and beer. Best bartender food advice I got there is if you like rare burgers go for the Kobe beef burger. OMG. Cant go back to the regular burger now! I have confirmed this a few times now. It is sound advice.

Nice trendy vibe. Food was delicious! Sides were enough for 2 people so each person doesnt have to order a separate one. Mikshakes were out of this world!

Love the Burgers and go on Wednesday for half price wine bottle. If you dont finish the bottle take it with you.
